Yeah, you understand basketball lingo enough.
as for the offseason, I just don't see any way to speed it up. It's long, but it's also generally the busiest time, player movement wise. I'm afraid speeding up will lessen the quality of work people can do.

I honestly dont think you have a lack of english skills. i don't think its a good excuse. you don't understand. it would take 10 - 20, or even more minutes for me to seriously analize some trades, teams, picks etc. i have to watch on grammar, then there is always some word that i don't know how to spell or to write and alot of other problems that occurs during the translation. and than i, off course, lose my nerves and finaly decide (sadly) to just type some easy kind of trash talk or provocation. but as i said, i won't do that again anymore. except off course, someone (like you maybe?) start to push me... btw that "sam cassell to 2" stuff of your was stupid, you know i didn't mean to move bibby to 2. but alright...i have you on radar from this point on

Kings - if you wrote like that ^ all the time, no one would complain. Nets - you're right, there is no way to speed it up. There is a long offseason in the NBA too. It just makes us even more ready for the start.

I'm thinking I can shave off 2 days by making people have the extension decisions due by the last sim of the playoffs. Then shave off 3 days in the draft (rather than doing 5 picks per day in the first round, do five picks one day, 5 picks the next day, then 10 picks the third, 10 the fourth. trading drops bigtime after the first 10 picks). Then shortening the 2nd round into 2 days rather than 3.
The draft sheets actually turned out much better than I anticipated. So did the extension decisions (twan and jem both sent them out after the playoffs. I sent them out before the playoffs).
That can shave 5 days off of our offseason, which cuts it down by a 3rd, and means we should be able to knock it out in 11-13 days.
Anymore than that I think would be severely rushed.

Actually, I think that would work awesome. There would still be "empty" space to trade in.
And ok, 9 pm, I'm going to hope like hell I can be here in case I need to sign someone fast.

Hmm. Tayshaun Prince and Eddie Crotty are going to lead you to a title? C'mon. You're two positions away from being called elite. Z, Martin, and James(after training camp) are the cream of the crop at each of their respective positions. They more then make up for it. Prince and Crotty are both adequate, with great defense. And with a couple signings tonight, hopefully, my depth will be solid as well. I'm looking forward to a very good season for the Cavs.

Good luck. Z KMart and James are comparable 5,4,and 2's to many other teams.
But Prince and Crotty are not comparable.

But Prince and Crotty are not comparable.
Prince was the starting SG on the Western Conference champs. His defense, size and outside shot are well worth starter's material.
