well teams with capspace have way more options than anyone else. I never posted i would limit their midrange offers or something like that. Teams with capspace are normally offering the most thought trough bids. The risk to loose all the capspace on people that aren´t worth the money prevent them from doing silly offers.
I have no problem to allow more offers to teams with capspace. In most FA we usually have maybe 3 or 4 guys worth max.
