Hawks young guys and expirings

First off I have Josh Smith and Lorenzen Wright who are each $10 mil expiring.

People who can go:
Sandy Carter- A handles, has been sent to a reserve in favor of Rodya.  He's a good point who can shoot well from the permiter and has a good A/TO ratio.

Ivan Strong- the percentages speak for themselves.  He's been very efficient for me this year, even keeping his TO's down.  He is now in the starting SF role and loved it last sim.

Matthew Marion- hasn't been very productive, but his ratings stay the same at PG/SF/SG.  This versatile player can play 3 positions and has kept improving in TC's.  He's probably not done improving and could end up B+ at ouside, handle and defense (already there).

Jason Collier- My leading scorer and $9 mil expring.  He is a good option for a contending team as he has a respectable outside shot at 7' tall.

Drew Fox- A player with good attributes and is still very young.  Has the potential to grow more and will eventually be a solid player.  He hasn't lived up to his potential yet, but in time will be a good player.

Who won't be moved.
Scott Dickman- he won't be traded unless it's for one of the the top 3 PF's (Emeka, TD, KG).  I highly overvalue him but he's a good inside scorer and rebounder, not to mention an ok defender.

Rodya- been playing extremely well for me all season and if he continues to thrive in his starting role he will be a good starting PG.
