Question for you Techie Guys

I just bought a new laptop yesterday, and I'm trying to get to hooked up to the internet.
I put in my DSL server's CD, got that all set up, and when I got to connect it tells me "Failed to load TAP".
What the hell is a TAP?

Most likely has to do with a PPPoE error.
Of course, that's probably not going to help you
