I don't type these up because I'm bored and have nothing better to do. I've already gotten 3 requests to offer emeka a 6 year deal starting at the MLE. It's not possible. I'm hoping by posting these rules and linking to them I won't get any more. Simply go to the rules, locate the section for over the cap or under the cap (whichever you are), then locate if it's a new guy you're singing, someone whom you have the bird rights, or someone who was on your team but you don't have the bird rights.
