I will offer:
$400 (you will use this to purchase a trade exception) that allows you will count towards $5 million in any trade
Tom Najera (15.3 million expiring)
You will offer
1 or more players that total up to 10 million in salary, more or less. These players can be bad contracts.
The idea is you lose a bad contract in exchange for an expiring, while I get under the hard cap.
