Title: Sim 3 discussion Post by: CelticsGM on July 15, 2009, 10:12:40 AM sim 3is in the books ... and currently uploading.
let's start with the major casualties: Roy Hinson (Blazers) is out for the next 30 days with a fratured eye socket. Never saw that pass coming ... (day 23) Mark Price (Bulls) is down for 56 more days with that broken skull. (day 28) Bogut (Spurs) is out 16 days with a fractured jaw (day 30) Otherwise: enjoy ! Title: Re: Sim 3 discussion Post by: HawksGM on July 15, 2009, 10:44:21 AM 8-2 sim, much more like what I expect from this team. Mookie is quite the spark off the bench and both Aaron Brooks and Ed Glover showed flashes that they could be good role players in the future. Brooks had a great game against the Jazz with 12 assists off the bench.
Title: Re: Sim 3 discussion Post by: CelticsGM on July 15, 2009, 10:47:07 AM better, at least a little
the record of 3-5 wouldn't show, but Kenny Anderson's average dropped by nearly one TO, and he's top 10 in assists now. Just need to find a way to get Larry going offensively, returning him to the 20ppg scorer he was earlier in his (young) career. And if you wonder if Jeffrey really is "C" defensively, well, Chuck Person torched him for 52 ... ;-) Title: Re: Sim 3 discussion Post by: SixersGM on July 15, 2009, 11:51:09 AM Rod Strickland got his 16th career triple double this sim!
I'm sure he could have more if we can count his TOs. :D I'm really happy with how my team is playing so far. I like our balance scoring and commitment in playing defense, it really is the trademark of Sixers basketball. Glen Rice kind of pick of the slack after having a miserable performance during sim2. If I'm not mistaken he hardly averaged more than 6ppg that sim. Anyway, I'm looking forward to a more consistent performance from my team next sim. Note: He is available for trade people! Title: Re: Sim 3 discussion Post by: BlazersGM on July 16, 2009, 02:45:12 AM Very sweet, i like this pace very much. Went 6-2, we're on top of West again :)
Lost Hinson, but apart from his BPG its still not a big loss, Rodman step in big time. Over 10rpg, some spg and bpg, but whats most impressing, pretty good FT(71) and FG(46) % for a C+ C- D+ offense guy. Steve is still above 50% on offense, Bargs is improving as well (both offense and defense), and Ervin likes the fast pace. Przy nearly 2bpg in just 15mpg. Our offense is now near top(as well as defense oPPG), as well rebs, we cant steal, but sit on top in BPG with 2bpg more then 2nd. It all looks pretty good, just no more major injury's please  Title: Re: Sim 3 discussion Post by: BlazersGM on July 16, 2009, 02:50:39 AM and whats Fractured Eye Socket LOL, never saw that injury in FBB.
And now scanning deeply, Rodman was really fantastic, he just got himself a starting position at PF, Hinson when back, is going to be 6th man. Kerr gets more then 3apg less with this pace, but i love how they perform as a team. Keep up the good work guys!! Title: Re: Sim 3 discussion Post by: GoldenStateGM on July 16, 2009, 01:34:50 PM Well, moving Macy into a super sub role has really helped...
Boosted his efficiency, and also got Majerle some more minutes. |
