Title: Knicks-Nets-Sonics Three-Way Post by: NetsGM on April 11, 2009, 11:04:33 PM Deal #1:
Knicks Trade: Dumars Mihalik Greg Anderson Knicks first in 2031 Knicks first in 2033 to the Nets for: Wooten Zollner Henry Saperstein Nets 1st in 2032 Nets 2nd in 2033 $50 *No restrictions left on these guys, works in the checker, everyone has picks in alterate years, and # sent players = # players received. I should have enough bank money with attendance bonuses and posting all DC's plus trades and the like. Deal #2: Nets trade: Greg Anderson Mihalik Matt Geiger Nate Twyman Nets 1st in 2033 to the Sonics for: Benoit Benjamin *Again, no restrictions on these guys (d/t 3-way), works in the checker. Sonics is aware that he needs to do some roster size management with cuts or whatever.....but will get that sorted when he agrees. Nets agree to both deals. Like getting better D and more of a veteran presence Title: Re: Knicks-Nets-Sonics Three-Way Post by: MagicGM on April 11, 2009, 11:19:15 PM well, I'll save you all some trouble and get this re-worked before atom sims. I have Knicks' 1st on 2032.

If he does have to be removed, then so be it. Title: Re: Knicks-Nets-Sonics Three-Way Post by: SonicsGM on April 12, 2009, 04:32:07 AM Okay...

Gave up 5 mediocre at-best players and 2 mid 1st's -for- 2 likely lotto picks and 2 solid Vets... I don't know how/why the Knicks gave up two 1st's in their part of the trade...

Uhh, cuz they're not gonna be lottery picks? I'm trotting out the best back-court in the league with Chamberlain, Isiah, and Pearl Washington coming off the bench. And my front-court isn't too shabby either with Saperstein, Wootten, Hill, Zollner, and LJ. Plus my team's average age is still pretty young. Plus I still have cap space flexibility this off-season. Title: Re: Knicks-Nets-Sonics Three-Way Post by: Iverson2Korver43 on April 12, 2009, 05:23:12 PM Best back-court in the League??? Not sure about that... They might lead the league in TO's though... Good luck with your new team...

Wow, so basically, this is what happened: Knicks: "Yo Pistons, I got smashed and made out with this smoking hot chick last night!" Pistons: "Dude, that 'chick' was ugly as sin. She looked the devil incarnate." Knicks: "Whatever dude, you're just hating." Pistons: *shows picture of Knicks making out with fugly chick* Knicks: "..." Knciks: "Fuck." Title: Re: Knicks-Nets-Sonics Three-Way Post by: KnicksGM-old5 on April 13, 2009, 01:21:59 PM Coincidentally, this is the second time I've made this kind of mistake, the first one being a FA boo-boo, also involving Todd, in another league. Reading is obviously not my forte.
Gawd, I feel like Dubya: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eKgPY1adc0A My only saving grace is now I have $8M more to spend in the off-season than I would have had. It by no means guarantees me a better player than the "young" Saperstein, but it's better than not having that $8M.
