Final trade was rejected... Title: Re: Sim 11 is up Post by: CelticsGM on February 02, 2009, 02:31:18 PM ugly, ugly, ugly.
This team is a mess, and I have no idea where to start with the rebuilding job. But since I put a lot of faith into Timmy I might as well start around him. Title: Re: Sim 11 is up Post by: Str8westcoasta on February 02, 2009, 05:39:37 PM Not too bad.
We are kinda backing into the playoffs but MJ is hitting form at just the right time. Back to back POTW awards for Jesus Title: Re: Sim 11 is up Post by: SonicsGM on February 02, 2009, 06:27:46 PM Danny Manning goes down for 46 days with a torn quad!
Argh! Title: Re: Sim 11 is up Post by: NetsGM on February 02, 2009, 09:03:18 PM Kinda fine sim at 5-3, though there were a couple of wierd losses to the rebuilding Bulls and Raptors, so it probably should have been better. PG play was abit more inconsistent this go around, but Karl Malone has settled in abit and despite a large roster turnover this year and a pretty young group, it would be hard to get knocked out of first and a good playoff seed. After a very slow and inconsistent start to the year, this is a pretty strong outcome.
Also liking where the Celts are headed and the looks of the lotto - which is good for the future; and while it is in no way likely, there remains an outside chance that the Sixers pick could end up late lotto and Net me a decent talent. |
