The Wolves pick is lottery right now, but if they start Kite and Gilliam in the front with Green at SF and their current high scoring backcourt they are a playoff team without doubt.
Arch can score 20+ as a scorer easily. I envision him as a starter for a few years to come eventually moving to a 6th man role when I begin to contend.
