Trade can not be processed d/t Lafrentz having a recently-signed trade restriction. Please check when this expires and post in the thread, thanks.

LaFrentz was signed last off season to a 2 year extension. He shouldent have any trade restrictions upon him

Great trade for the Suns IMO...  2 turds and a mid 1st -for- a STUD...

no trade restrictions on any player, and no open roster spots problems.

Agree with the Pistons, this trade is horrible for the Kings. Not only is LaFrentz a Dominiques for the very poor people (mediocre offense and no defense, about the same age) and Richmond a decent 6th man with huge turnover problems, the Suns pick will drop in the 20ies now as well.

Man, if you go for expirings only than at least take a potentiel lotto pick.

Great job from chip of course, who now has two bona fide scorers and a handful of good role players. Will easily make the playoffs, and that's about it. But with Tobey's contract handcuffing them for likely another season they were no player on the market anyway, so why not upgrade talent. IF Tobey retires after next season and Raplh/Nique come off the books as well, they could start making some noise again.

Trade went through this time around - not sure why it was restricted before.
