Title: Sim 3 done Post by: PacersGM on July 30, 2008, 04:30:34 AM sabs is back :bounce:
easy schedule and finally a deep well balanced team brought me the best record and a 8-1 sim. i am glad that julius is now playing for my team. he is the vet backup PG i always needed. good shooter and passer. with sabs accepting his backup role i start with the best defense lineup and sabs is finishing the games. he avg. 22 and 10 as a backup 8) Title: Re: Sim 3 done Post by: CelticsGM on July 30, 2008, 05:55:18 AM better, a LOT better.
7-1 sim told me my team isn't done yet (and the highlights actually were the loss, where we came within a shot of beating the Pacers in Indy, and a 25 pt win IN Cleveland) Still have to figure out how to utilize my backcourt best. - Embry or the Sharman running the show ? - Cho or Barkley or Tanner opening at SG ? - Clark or Calvin, or some darkhorse defending the Orlando's and Nique's ? Man, so many questions, so few sims ... :-) Title: Re: Sim 3 done Post by: BlazersGM on July 30, 2008, 06:08:36 AM Is West that weak or my team crappy team plays above avg ???
Title: Re: Sim 3 done Post by: SixersGM on July 30, 2008, 07:06:14 AM Is West that weak or my team crappy team plays above avg ??? Haha! I also don't know what happened to your record. I mean, if you look at Win-Loss percentage you should have the 8th seed. Title: Re: Sim 3 done Post by: RaptorsGM on July 30, 2008, 10:19:40 AM Yuck. Not a great 6-4 sim. 3 losses were by 7 or less though, so it was close to a good sim. Scoring has become an issue, only topped 100 points 4 times in 10 games. However, I knew that at the start of the season and it's the reason I traded for Woodson, who should be here for next sim. Corzine continues to be dominate defensively, having a career year at 33 by a full rebound and half a block! Can't wait to get Woodson and Magloire here.

Team play has bewen inconsistent, but I can still chalk that up to working three new guys into the rotation....for now.
Still loving what I'm getting out of Abdul-Rauf - very solid, efficient player, and decent in matchups - struck some gold there at 19. Pryz is having alot of trouble shooting the ball (Zollner and Dial too), will need to do something about that. Am getting 20/9 from Timmy, and somehow feel a little disappointed with him - must be the TO's and bad FT shooting (pet peeve). I actually thought that team TO's were a bigger problem than they were, but they're not too too bad - ratio isn't what I'd like, but settings should help to rectify that. Need to get a little tougher on the perimeter too, giving up too many clean looks - but again, settings. Things are coming together. Title: Re: Sim 3 done Post by: LakersGM on July 30, 2008, 01:53:47 PM Ouch. After a reasonable start, we cooled off considerably.

I still like this squad, but a 2-6 sim sure does a lot towards bitch slapping you with reality. |
