Looks like FA is done for me...  Got my 15...  Bedford is tradebait and maybe I get lucky and Rice decides to improve his defense in TC(worst/best case is another quincy peters)...

Hidden gem of FA thus far: The Raptors signing of Rob Williams for the MLE.

He is a very solid PG who has flown under the radar for some time now.

On another note, i didn't realize that Isiah Laettner had so many bird years, else I wouldn't have offered the max - trade bait maybe???

phew, just back in time ...

Resigned Kenny Barkley and Price yesterday (no big deal, but fine despite), and absolutely max'ed out today with resigning Rickey Mahorn and cancer Natt for reasonable (tradeable) 1yr deals (and that was V-I-T-A-L), plus added Chris Cho and Raul Doleac as backup help.

Now let's see if/how losing Evan hurts my lineup ... and of course check what my 2nd rounders do in TC
:-)

Bagley (salary fodder) and Jolley (nifty cheap prospect) are back in town to round out the New Jersey "David and Goliaths", bringing our offseason to a close.

Yeah getting Williams and Shireman for my exceptions was pretty big, I needed them both.
