Title: Raptors Trade Thread Post by: RaptorsGM on January 27, 2005, 07:24:31 PM Before this board gets completley cluttered, it would be great if everyone would follow a few simple rules:
Post who you would be willing to trade, and for what. I hate when guys just say "yeah I will trade Iverson". What are you after? Help at a position? draft picks? expiring contracts? This would make this board alot more managable. Anyway, here is my block: What I'm looking for A starting Center with ratings higher than B- in Defense and Rebounding. Depth at the Center position. 2006 or 2007 first round draft selections. And for any of this, I would be willing to part with Jerome Moiso - 800K contract is expiring. Jalen Rose - big contract, but a proven scorer and decent defender. Donyell Marshall - defending big man, 4.5 mil contract off the books. Lamond Murray - Shooter, defender, only 2 years left on his deal. Alvin Williams - vet. PG. 2 years left on contract. Roger Mason Jr. and Milt Palacio - decent back ups. both have expiring contracts. As for now, I'm just looking to deal Jalen for anything. His contract is big, but for those of you already over the cap, who cares? He'll put up 20 a game for anybody. One of the hold ups is that I'm almost determined to deal Jalen with Vince. Jalen has a big, big contract, but it's only got 3 years left. Imagine how valuable it'll be then :) Keep it coming. There must be someone out there that could use a SG of Vince's calibar, and doesn't mind eating Jalen's contract for 3 years. Now I am willing to package Vince with either Alvin Williams or Lamond Murray if the right deal comes along, although I'm still trying to package him and Jalen. I have a few offers for Vince alone which I am seriously thinking about.
