Nice dealin' with you Cavs. Im sure O'Neill will help. I got my cap space now, and let's see Kerr play. Title: Re: Cavs/Blazers/Rockets Post by: HornetsGM on April 28, 2008, 12:56:58 PM This doesn't look like a 3-way deal. If it is then you need to clarify who is receiving whom.
Title: Re: Cavs/Blazers/Rockets Post by: CavsGM on April 28, 2008, 01:02:27 PM Umm there's the first trade and then there's the second trade. It's pretty clear, I think.
Title: Re: Cavs/Blazers/Rockets Post by: PacersGM on April 28, 2008, 01:38:40 PM well it is clear for me that kobe holman will be traded twice so it is a 3 way trade. but in fact it is a 4way trade with my team also involved. so i will add my trade with blazers as well.

Title: Re: Cavs/Blazers/Rockets/Pacers Post by: BlazersGM on April 28, 2008, 01:53:32 PM First Trade: Cavs Trade Tom Najera David Chamberlain Blazers Trade Michael O'Neil Jorge Falwell Kobe Holman Second Trade: Cavs Trade Albert King Jose Siegel Xavier Cato Kobe Holman Rockets Trade Shane Wedge Third Trade: Blazers Tade Clyde Drexler David Chamberlain Pacers Trade Alphonse Butler $150 cash please accept this one. pacers accept. I accept. Title: Re: Cavs/Blazers/Rockets/Pacers Post by: PacersGM on April 28, 2008, 02:10:01 PM well my reason is pretty simple. i need defense and hope clyde can be the type of lock down defender i need to stopp either wilkins or macy in the POs. i didn?t loose anyone i need in my rotation because shaw, palacio and even rogers all showed good ball handling and passing skills before. and with my current roster i don?t care if clyde will avg. under 10pts.
Title: Re: Cavs/Blazers/Rockets/Pacers Post by: NetsGM on April 28, 2008, 02:15:31 PM Alright, I'll raise my hand.

Title: Re: Cavs/Blazers/Rockets/Pacers Post by: MavsGM on April 28, 2008, 03:34:54 PM I have to give all four of you guys credits for pulling this trade out.
Title: Re: Cavs/Blazers/Rockets/Pacers Post by: BlazersGM on April 28, 2008, 04:05:46 PM Heheh, it happened quickly without much negotiations (at least from my part). I wanted some money for FA, so ive traded O'Neill, Holman and Falwell. Drexler i had no intention of re-signing so i gaved him for cash as no one offered anything better. He was quite a big disapointment, but i hope his defense will help Pacers this year. And well got 2 good subs for O'Neill and Zeke. They can both start at SG for me, so can Kerr, and if we make it to PO's they'll bring experience.
Title: Re: Cavs/Blazers/Rockets/Pacers Post by: BlazersGM on April 28, 2008, 04:07:16 PM And im sure O'Neill will be of great help for Cavs.
Title: Re: Cavs/Blazers/Rockets/Pacers Post by: SonicsGM on April 28, 2008, 05:02:08 PM I am not even going to try to figure out who wins out in this thing...but I must congratulate you all for making it work.

Appropriate cuts made in other thread Title: Re: Cavs/Blazers/Rockets/Pacers Post by: CelticsGM on April 28, 2008, 06:12:52 PM cool stuff. props to all teams.
Title: Re: Cavs/Blazers/Rockets/Pacers Post by: CavsGM on April 28, 2008, 09:38:00 PM It was pretty simple really. But I didn't even know about the Pacers part, he just added that on there.
For the Cavs, I think this was a very good trade. Although we do get older, I think we have a better chance at competing this season and in the next couple seasons. Besides, my future is fine as long as Robinson and Person are here. I now have four guys coming off the bench who would easily start for most of the teams in the league. At PG, Najera and Demler have been going back at forth for years. It looks like Demler has it all to himself, for now. I just need him to take care of the ball and shoot at a decent rate. Title: Re: Cavs/Blazers/Rockets/Pacers Post by: Str8westcoasta on April 29, 2008, 07:22:55 AM Well, I basically just get more options moving forward.
King is a good fit at SF if I decide to keep him, while Seigel is a better rebounder and just as good a defender as Wedge. Cato is a scrub as if Holman. King is my reason for doing this trade, does put a lil pressure on Polynice to get his head out of his ass and develop though... Title: Re: Cavs/Blazers/Rockets/Pacers Post by: BlazersGM on April 29, 2008, 06:24:42 PM I dont remeber 4 team trade ever since Kings made that one long ago.
