Title: Dallas Mavericks: Did they ever..
Post by: SixersGM on February 25, 2008, 11:38:43 PM
not make the play-offs?

I can't recall the last time they were in the lottery. It seems that they are in the play-offs every year.

They had to miss once...they have been in the playoffs 18 times and we have played 19 seasons.

Nets/Hornets/Jazz have 16 appearances
Pacers/Grizzlies/Wolves have 15.

another question. is there any other player than Dwight who played in all 19 seasons?
hope he will play some more.
19 seasons means this league is now running for over 3 years

It should be 19 out of 19.  I still remember that season that we missed the playoffs.  I think it was three way tie for the final playoff spot. Blazers and one other team got in and we didn't.  Ended up with the 14th pick in the draft and drafted James Clardy.

two guys.

Robert Swift, now on the Bulls and Andris Biedrins, on the FA list, also were part of the league startup and are now in their 19th season, like Howard.

Guess big men DO have more durability ...

For some reason, those guys came into the league at age 17. That should be illegal!  :)
