I now know why Jem couldn't do it anymore.  It's just too much of a commitment.  I just started a new job and I can't devote this much time nightly to the task.

If anyone would like to take reigns, I'll send them the save file.

I will continue to do the Free Agency period, so send in your offers.  After that I will not be simming anything myself.

Thank you all for doing such a wonderful job.

I have FBB and could do the file, I just wouldnt really know how to update rosters and stuff, but I would be willing to take the reigns if someone could teach me how to do that.

thanks for the time you put in...you did a great job (IMO better than jem) i think everyone understands that you have a life outside of the SSBA

We honestly need to do some sort of background check on whoever takes over. The last time this happened, we ended up with Twan.

I would be glad to take over, since I have all the free time in the world. But I wouldn't know how to run everything, and I don't have FBB or anything either.

ill help anyway i can,im on all the time, if i dont have nething to do, with friends, work, my time is spent on the Cpu so i have lots of time.

Sad to see you go, in my short time here you were a great GM.  I've found I've spent alot of time on this site lately since I've been sick, but once school starts I won't be on as much either.  I could imagine how much time it takes to be GM.  

I just hope this league doesn't die...

BTW are you still going to be in the league as the Nets?

I don't want to force anything on anyone but if I had to vote for a new commish I would vote for either: RaptorsGM, CavsGM, Suns, Hornets.

I can't take over as commish; I have law school exams coming up and I've been dicking around all semester. Plus, I'll be doing study abroad overseas from early june to mid july...

I also have the save file, but it can easily be given to other people.

I don't know who should take over...

I have no problem with being the commish. But, like I said, I need to download the program and learn how to run everything.

I think we got ourself a simmer, I know Kings will do a wonderful job.

Sadly, I may be the GM who posts the most, and is on the most, but I will not take over. The new commish will not be me. My work schedule varies from week to week, and this is crunch time for me in school.

I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings, but so far to those that have offered to pick up the slack, I think the CavsGM would do the best job.

I would also say the Warriors would do a good job. Or the Bulls if he wanted to take over.

I think it's important to be professional, because it makes things more fun. I don't like the use of short forms or slang by Commish's when discussing important stuff. I didn't like the way Twan did things with the whole:

"The Sixers select Shawn Rupp from.....................................some college i dont remember."

That doesn't get it done at all for me. The reason this League has had success under Jem and Bods is the simplicity and organziational skills that they brought to us.

You guys are all friggin tools.
