Title: Sim One Preview Post by: RaptorsGM on December 15, 2007, 10:49:56 AM I'm pretty excitied to see what my lineup can do. We were good defensively in preseason and that was without Buck and Schader, two of our best defenders.
We play 6 games, 4 at home. Looking for a 4-2 start to the season. In terms of statistical performance, looking for something around... Swift 9-10ppg, 8-9rpg, 1.3-2bpg Pryz: 2-3ppg, 6-7rpg, 2.5-3.5bpg Buck: 19-21ppg, 12.5-13.5rpg, 1-1.5spg, 1-1.5bpg Person: 17-19ppg, 6-7rpg, 3-4apg, 1.3-2spg Schader: 10-12ppg, 3-4rpg, 2-3apg, 2-3spg Horny: 5-6ppg, 3-4rpg, 2-3apg, 1.2-1.5spg Ransey: 22-24ppg, 8.5-10apg, 3-4rpg, 1.3-2spg Title: Re: Sim One Preview Post by: GoldenStateGM on December 15, 2007, 11:31:36 AM Well, Iw ill continue to start Hobson, and see how he does as my starting PF. As long as he rebounds well, and plays decent defense. well, he is the best I have got.
Barton willr esume the starting duties at PG. It wil be interesting to see how much of a defensive hit I take with Barton starting over Conner... Title: Re: Sim One Preview Post by: RaptorsGM on December 16, 2007, 01:14:59 PM This is the most exciting sim in recent seasons for the Raptors...SSBA seems to have established some very-elite teams again and I'd like to think the Raptors are only 2-3 seasons from joining them...tonight will be a good indication of whether or not that is actually feasible.
Title: Re: Sim One Preview Post by: BlazersGM on December 16, 2007, 02:18:52 PM Im expecting a 30ppg 10rpg 2bpg 48 % effort from Hakeem, 17-20ppg on high % from Bias. The rest doesnt matter, we'll beat every opponent anyway.
I want a PG !!!! Title: Re: Sim One Preview Post by: HornetsGM on December 16, 2007, 03:53:42 PM I have no idea what to expect
Title: Re: Sim One Preview Post by: BlazersGM on December 16, 2007, 05:00:42 PM No one does, we can just dream.
Title: Re: Sim One Preview Post by: CelticsGM on December 16, 2007, 05:45:44 PM Hope for a winning sim, but playing the Hawks (twice), Nets, Raptors and Pacers this might be a stretch.
I wonder how my new Lenard Quincy Peters will fit in with my veteran squad, he sure can't do worse than Purvis Short. I wonder if Tyler, Wedge and Maxi still can get it done. I wonder how much better Sidney will be. I wonder how the young guys will do in REAL games. Billy Thompson and Parker Calinoff, even Evan Hunt. And i wonder if I will ever stop dreaming of contending ... ;-) |
