Goal is to maximize cap space and build around Magic and my first rounder.

That's a value of 7.7 million, or about 10.6 million with Cunningham.
Of course, with some added incentive, the amount of contract that need to be taken decreases. As well, I am willing to work out a sign-and-trade for Wooten if anyone is intersted - he is asking for a 6 year deal starting at about 9.5 with max increases. And I am not opposed to trading Magic either with Kersey and Connor on the squad.
