Title: Suggestion for faster recruiting of gms Post by: MagicGM on September 15, 2007, 08:13:09 AM I was wondering that with the vacancy of at least 2 (might probably be 3 soon) teams, maybe commish can reward some incentives (extra cash) for those who can recruit gms? Not to mention that the Lakers haven't had a GM for like 3984948 seasons.
Rewarding cash might be a pretty small incentive, in paper, but team points are hardly earned in this league. SSBA already has 14 seasons under its belt, some prospective GMs find that as a turn off. That said, one must be really active in finding interested GMs, and to compensate for that, they get reward points. disclaimer: I don't know anyone who is interested in playing Sim Leagues. As i can remember, WolvesGM was turned off by that one.
