Rob Williams Sam Perkins Dan Rossow Kenny Springs Bulls trade Dave Corzine Bulls accept Title: Re: Bulls/76ers Post by: SixersGM on September 04, 2007, 09:14:35 PM Sixers Exzept
Title: Re: Bulls/76ers Post by: BullsGM3 on September 04, 2007, 09:54:14 PM Corzine is most likely going to want a max deal this summer. I don't think he's a max contract player. In return I got guys that could potentially be my long term answers at PF and PG, and I get them for a bargain for the remainder of their rookie deals, allowing me to make a big splash this summer in the free agent market.
Title: Re: Bulls/76ers Post by: SixersGM on September 04, 2007, 10:09:40 PM I just did the trade because I learned that it can give me some GM points. And I need some.

And the trade I PM'd to you didnt? :? I can change my mind with this trade, if you are willing to send some $ in my bank account. Just like what BullsGM did. Im accepting a minimum amoung of 10 dollars per trade. *negotiable* Title: Re: Bulls/76ers (day51) Post by: BullsGM3 on September 05, 2007, 09:51:28 AM Hey Sixers, Springs doesn't need to be included in the deal for it to work if I'm using the trade checker correctly, so is it alright if we take him out?
Title: Re: Bulls/76ers (day51) Post by: SixersGM on September 05, 2007, 11:29:25 AM Kenny Springs NEEDS to be included. I did use Perkins as a trade bait in order to get me below the cap.
Title: Re: Bulls/76ers (day51) Post by: BullsGM3 on September 05, 2007, 01:09:01 PM Ok, that's fine.
Title: Re: Bulls/76ers (day51) Post by: HornetsGM on September 05, 2007, 01:56:11 PM I don't really see a lot of return value for the Bulls. Sergio is a better PG prospect than Williams, imo, and I don't think Perkins improved much (if at all) in TC. Maybe this was the best they could get for him, but it seems like one of the best shotblockers in the league (who is also an excellent rebounder) might be worth mroe than this.

Tend to agree with this line of thinking. |
