lost against suns.... :(

lost against celtics because of a butler injury. was leading the game before he went down.
lost also to the mavs without him i made to many rookie mistakes. for example commited 17 fouls which lead to 30 FTs  :?
and had an interesting win against nets where i needed 4 PFs  :lmao:

Hanging the first home loss on the runaway best team in the Eastern Conference is always nice, injury or not (and Butler was shooting 5-16 at the time it went down, his replacement did better afterwards). Tells us we can play with anybody.

A 6pt loss at Cleveland stings though, especially since it came with some Cavs backups providing the difference.

Overall a 3-1 sim and holding onto the 2nd seed for now. The ASW was pretty much uneventful as only Tyler (rightfully) made it there and wasn't used much (whoever put together that eastern team had no clue).

Can't wait to start the 2nd half of the season and get back to sims with more games ...
:-)

Sidney Green had a nice showing in the rookie game with 16pts, 8reb, 2ast and 4 steals without committing a foul.

I'm going to be very curious to watch the Nuggets now that they have no real scoring threat from the perimeter, and having their pick.

Another middling 3-2 sim - not too bad considering I'm without a big piece of my team - but did get lapped by the Magic. The two losses were by a combined 7 points, but damnit, I can't seem to beat the Pacers. That's potentially going to hurt later on. Balanced out by nice road wins in Cleveland and Atlanta - two solid playoff teams.

Mitch Wiggins played OK in his first crack as a starter - he never really got torched, and did shut down Taylor Bradley once. Not sure if he's gonna be enough at that spot while Bennett's out: very busy sims over the next 30 days.

Another nice all-star game appearance by big Mike. Others were shut out.

Well, a great undefeated sim, and Barton O'Connell started the All Star game, and ws the MVP.
Don Collins participated in both the dunk contest and the 3 pt contest (I am not sure if that has ever happened before)

Since Mad Max went down, team has gone 10-1, with the rebounding fiend of Stephan Sylvester replacing Max in the starting lineup.  Gives me an excelent option if Max or Barton is out with injuries.

Can't catch those Mavs though...

That's because we are on a 13 games winning streaks.  This is probably the best scoring team in Mavs history.  Scored over 100 points 7/8 in last sim.

5-1 this sim and the Cavs have won 14 of the last 17. Before it looked like a trade was in order but we are on a roll now. The defense is still a problem but if we can keep up on this scoring spree then we'll be tough to stop. Cavs scored under 100 in only one of those 17 games, and averaged 115 per game during that span.
