Title: Nets Newest Block
Post by: NetsGM on June 28, 2007, 11:00:31 PM
Am interested in three things:
A) A scoring two-guard (I think I have one of these lined up - just waiting on the team to reply)
B) A studly 3/4 who would move Bennett and Brooks to the bench - who can board, score and defend (optimally on a rook contract and not extended yet).
C) A shotblocking 4.
The fourth thing Im interested in is moving relatively quickly.

I have: 1) young players to deal, 2) expiring dollars, and 3) am very seriously considering trading the Nuggets first this year - in what should be maybe the best draft class in SSBA (oops lol) - to achieve this end. In fact, I've got four firsts over the next three years, and I'm willing to move three of them to fill my needs.

STILL Looking to get my hands on some cash: young role players like the Microwave and Albert King are available, possibly Gary Macauley - if they're not used in other deals.

Thanks.

Bumped. Without Ransey and any other semblance of a perimeter threat, the Nuggets are likely to tumble down the standings and up the lotto ladder - making that pick a prime asset. To move it, I need a package deal where I acquire two of the things on my list of three things above.

Lets get some offers going.

I have Worthy and Bradley.  It would take a good package (Worthy improved tremendously his 2nd year), but they can be had.
