Now, I really liked the future that Wooten and Conner had...
But, the opportunity to bring in a true star and an All-League player to team up with my young scoring tandem of Phil Hubbard and Don Collins was too much.

O'Neil is a great defender, but I was hoping to pick up a free agent this offseason and make him a 6th man next year...

O'Connell has 3-5 high level years left, and I think with his addition the Warriors could have title aspirations during those years.

Well it wasn't easy but the future just didn't match with Barton and I'm sad to see him gone.

Couldn't pass up a chance to get 3 guys who could probably all start for me now, but will def start in the near future.

The lineup now looks like: (age in brackets)

C: Cunningham (22)
PF: Wooten (21)
SF: Natt (23) / King (25)
SG: O'Neil (26) / Tucker (22)
PG: Floyd (22) / Conner (20)

Looks pretty good. As well, there are 5 first rounders in the next 2 years (and my own 2021 First looks pretty good). As well, should have about 32 mil in committed salaries going into this big FA period with room for the max.

Good deal for both sides. Warriors add a stud without giving up their best 2 players, while Raptors add a lot of youth while sacrificing a bit of immediate success for longterm gains, including a deep draft next season.

interesting deal.

also will be interesting to find out if the Raptors can hold onto the playoff spot with their new squad, but it's really strange they break up a 2nd place team clearly able to contend (maybe not lately but the whole process started some while ago)

Raptors doing something you should have done long time ago.

relax, ivan, it's only fictional guys changing postal code here (ok, stiff conner has been real, but his impact in reality is praqctically zero), so nothing you need to worry about ...
