Tillis is a pretty nice looking prospect as far as second rounders go. Must be very very lean and springy. Heck, I'm 5'8 and almost weigh what he does. I had Thirdkill going alot earlier too.

definitely a strong 2nd round for those teams...i had a number of those players on my late first round list.

I'm very optimistic. I have the agreement from Arizin, who's excited to play with his buddies from the predraft camps. Also the general manager does show a great deal of understanding, and it's only the contractual terms that need to be worked out.

I already wonder if even one of that 5 guys will see 20min of action, since the backups (have to be) the real guys. But each one of those 5 knows, that with a good impression he can basically get a guaranteed deal once the 2nd rounder contract is up. If that isn't enough incentive ...

no, i didn't say it had to be mid 2nd round. Top 5 2nd round is perfectly fine.
Actually even Pettit, the top 2nd rounder last year, qualifies here.
