It doesn't have to be a democracy.  It is his league, his server and his time.  He has ran this league with very little down time for over 2 years.  And now he asks to take some time off.

Yes, you are asking for more.  You are asking the commissioner to give up control for the week that he is on vacation.  It is not just running the sims but approving trades and making sure the league operates under the rules that he established.  In  essence you are "demanding" that the commissioner appoint a deputy.  And then crying when he doesn't do what you want him to do.  Re-read this thread and then come back saying that no one is asking for more.

I just went 7-1 this sim with the lineup reccomended by the computer. This goes to show that I would be the worst coach ever (though a great GM)!

Not a good sim, our defense was horrible this sim.

had a decent not great sim going 3-4 with a pretty tough schedule but beat the not so mighty celtics by holding their star players around 30% shooting  :lmao:
had also wins over bulls and wizard both likely PO teams this year.

And don´t forget to count the current picks the kings spend for Chambers.

Not a bad sim for the Raps as Max finally hit his stride.

On a better note currently have picks 4, 9 and 23. Assuming I was to win every coin flip, but that hardly matters at this stage.

Al Roseau with his 1st ever triple double. and the team's 1st triple double... in 239824098024 seasons. 11, 12 and 10 blocks.

The team has officially found their rhythm, winning 14 of the last 15. The only loss during that span was at the hands of the Magic, a very tough opponent. My big men were torn apart by Howard, who had a huge(average) game, and Rouseau with his triple double. Just by looking at that, our 1 point win against them, and the standings, you know it's going to be a rivalry throughout the season and into the playoffs.

A very nice 6-2 sim, both losses coming to the Suns who really play good defence against me.

vs Clips Buck Williams almost had a triple double: 17reb, 10ast, only 8pts. Also had 2stl and 3blk

Overall Buck struggled scoring, dropping his avg to 17.9

The bad news is Donta Smith is out 21 days with a broken jaw.

By the way, who would have thought in the weak West a 14-9 record would be 4th in the division and 7th in the conference??

And speaking of picks, this is the last time i'm listening to anyone else but mysefl. I just knew it, knew it these teams will suck this year when i traded for that picks. But after hearing all the stories from another GM's about Celtics being a good team, Bucks playoff contenders and all that crap i started to doubt my analisis. Fuck it.

Thanks to some weak opponents I managed to finish the sim at a 3-5 record.

Amazing stats from the last 2 sims:
In 5 wins
 - Celtics scored 119ppg on 51% shooting
 - Celtics held opponents to 97ppg on 44% shooting

In 11 losses
 - Celtics scored 87ppg on 38% shooting
 - Celtics held opponents to 100ppg on 47% shooting
 - Celtics shot below 38% in EIGHT of 11 games

that's a difference of -22ppg on offense, with defense just a little worse !!!

4-3 sim but haven't had time to analyze. 

But I agree with the Nuggets...I have a .667 winning percentage and wouldn't even have homecourt if the playoffs started today.  The Grizzlies are a 1/2 game away from having the entire midwest division in the playoffs.  And the east would have a below .500 team make it.

Well I'm playing what I think is my best lineup. I don't know what Ivan was doing, but there's nothing in the rules that state you can't trade your best players for picks and cash. I might have missed some discussion about this at some point. If Bods says there's a problem with the way I'm running things I'll do my best to remedy the situation.

I cannot believe my team is playig so well, currently at 12-11.
I expected this team to get killed, and in the preseason they did.

Most unexpected player, Dennis Mangrum.
What is really nice, though, is that my two young swingmen are player very well.  Michael O'Neil and Don Collins look like fixtures at the swing spots for a long time.

Looks liek Luol Deng is not a bad PF either, which I find pretty suprising...

Can't say I'm too fussy on the Grizz being back in the playoff hunt....but it is nice to see the West picking it up abit.
Nets had probably their worst sim since the beginning of last season at 1-4. Have to find the right mix of playing time for my bigs - Munson has come in and played really well, but it seems to have thrown off the nice balance I had last year.
