Since they are on their respective team's roster, they legally CAN be traded. But this deal will obtain a "waiting till day 51" tag soon ... Title: Re: hornets / pacers Post by: HornetsGM on January 28, 2007, 01:07:32 PM Can't they be traded 1 for 1
hornets trade Nolan Keogan pacers trade Edward Priddy $150 pacers agree. I agree Title: Re: hornets / pacers Post by: HornetsGM on January 28, 2007, 01:13:03 PM Quote Players acquired in a trade have a trade restriction where they can’t be traded until 60 days have passed, unless one of the following two conditions are true: They (the acquired player being re-traded) are the only person being sent out by their team in the trade. The team trading that player (the acquired player being re-traded) is under the salary cap. Why can't they be traded? Title: Re: hornets / pacers Post by: CavsGM on January 28, 2007, 01:54:29 PM LOL...
"Players acquired in a trade" Title: Re: hornets / pacers Post by: NetsGM on January 28, 2007, 02:01:17 PM Um ... Since they are on their respective team's roster, they legally CAN be traded. But this deal will obtain a "waiting till day 51" tag soon ... No, It's fallen under that already: http://kb.ssbabasketball.com/wiki/Trades_%28Rules%29#Who_Can.27t_Be_Traded Quote Players signed can’t be traded for 60 days, unless they are traded in a sign and trade deal. Sign and Trade deals must be posted within 24 hours of the player being signed. Players given extensions following the playoffs (before the draft) aren’t subject to this rule and can be traded at any time. Players signed during the offseason can’t be traded until the date pursuant to the chart below. Edward Priddy was signed on day 4 of FA. The part quoted by the Hornets applies to players acquired in a trade, not signed through FA. Title: Re: hornets / pacers Post by: SpursGM-old on January 28, 2007, 02:49:46 PM But the chart says signed on day 2-5 of FA is available on day 51. So Tom is right...it just has to wait until sim 6.
Title: Re: hornets / pacers Post by: PacersGM on February 12, 2007, 02:18:12 AM why is this trade already in the processed trades? i thought it had to wait till day 51.
