Title: Sim 6 UP Post by: NetsGM on December 03, 2006, 09:57:27 AM Will probably be done tonight at around 9:30 PM Eastern time.
Title: Re: Sim 6 Delayed Post by: NetsGM on December 03, 2006, 12:57:26 PM Thanks for the heads-up, Derek.
Double sim action at that time then for Nuggs, Wolves, Bulls and Nets who are doing sim 12 in another league. Of course, the first two are sitting pretty and I'm in fighting an uphill battle for the last playoff spot with Bulls. Watch out Bulls!
Yao makes AS team, but Dwight gets the nod over him: the passing of the torch. Title: Re: Sim 6 UP Post by: WizardsGM on December 03, 2006, 11:07:08 PM I go on a 5 game win streak, then a 9 game losing streak, then hae a 3-1 sim.......I dont get it
Title: Re: Sim 6 UP Post by: WizardsGM on December 03, 2006, 11:09:02 PM Mike Gminski drops 30pts in the Rook/Soph game to win MVP as the Rookies win....in my FBB time I have never seen the Rooks win
Title: Re: Sim 6 UP Post by: NetsGM on December 03, 2006, 11:09:35 PM Oh my, owned by the Hornets (Rousseau and Yao blocked 14 shots :lmao:) and Magic - teaching the kids a lesson, but the boys regrouped for another winning sim at 3-2. Nice win against the Blazers. Sitting 9th in the East and a stone's throw away from 8th.
Rook/Soph game was littered by Nets and Ex-Nets. Macy and King on the soph squad did OK, while dealt Mason Perry was impressive and defectee Nolan Friedman was there too. Three of my five rooks made the team as well, and all did just fine. Sin that Jeff Robertson got snubbed for the all-star team, but oh well. Title: Re: Sim 6 UP Post by: SixersGM on December 04, 2006, 12:48:43 AM Raps are major winners of this year's ASW. Max and Donta won the Slam dunk and the 3pt contest.
Title: Re: Sim 6 UP Post by: MagicGM on December 04, 2006, 04:12:08 AM Raps are major winners of this year's ASW. Max and Donta won the Slam dunk and the 3pt contest. damn it. wish I had donta back. never had any player won an individual award on all star weekendon to my sim. dwight could actually tie jason kidd's triple doube with his points rebounds and f* turnovers. patrick kent is pretty solid. either he scores or rebounds. Title: Re: Sim 6 UP Post by: KingsGM-old on December 04, 2006, 08:27:28 AM Huh, it seems like Magic is better suited for SG.
He's a complete all round monster, some insane numbers; 15pts, 6st, 10as, 9rebs vs the Jazz 27pts, 15as, 10rebs vs the Rockets 26pts, 7rebs vs the Heat 20pts, 10as, 7rebs vs the Pistons 15pts, 8as, 9rebs vs the Nuggets 28pts, 5st, 5as, 10rebs vs the Cavs. Sick numbers. With him being so good playin a 2 i might go for Zeke afterall. :) Title: Re: Sim 6 UP Post by: CelticsGM on December 04, 2006, 11:34:43 AM holy crap, what a sim.
went 4-3 but the story behind is puzzeling. 2-0 on the road, 2-3 at home, losing by 5 / 3 / 6 to the Magic, Pistons and Suns That game against the Suns we held the opponent to 81pts, 39% shooting (25% from 3pt), forced 19 TOs, gave up just 6 steals, 17 FTs and were about even on the boards. That's a game you usually win by 30. Not this time, as we lost behind atrocious 28% shooting (with Sampsons 3-20 "effort" against Ruffin most remarkable). Apart from that games Celt's averaged 110ppg on 48%, getting 9 more boards, 2 more assists and 2 less TOs. Not bad at all. Unfortunately new starting C Duncan went down after 24 minutes this sim and backup Przybilla took a lot of PT away from starter Tower, so i'm still not sure how the new guys do. And even more unfortunately, for next sim my complete frontcourt is down (Kwame, Strait, Duncan) and I will face some heavy schedule (Hawks, Pacers, Heat, Wiz, hornets and twice Raptors) with rookie sensation Jerome Veen and Mr. 38% Jamal Sampson the sole survivors up front. Will be interesting ... Title: Re: Sim 6 UP Post by: BlazersGM on December 04, 2006, 02:40:59 PM 3-3 sim tough sim but satisfying......no ASW players for the 1st time ever :(
Title: Re: Sim 6 UP Post by: BucksGM on December 04, 2006, 08:33:41 PM Mehta won the All Star MVP for the 2nd time in 3 years. With Howard playing C, Mehta's probably going to coast to 1st Team All SSBA at PF for the 3rd straight year.
1-2 sim, not much warrants mentioning. |
