not only didn´t he get one single guy with talent or a pick he will also need all the money to pay out smith if he wants to rebuild. i can´t see any reason why he had to take that offer before the deadline and couldn´t wait for a better offer. i know several gms had some talk about getting one of the players. These players have been on my block SINCE BEFORE THE FIRST SIM. That's a damn long time...and Pacers, I heard all you had to offer, and it was nowhere close to what I wanted. Sorry.

I now have approx 16 mil in contractual agreements next season...meaning alot of cap space. This is the compelling part obviously, as this is certainly a shiny free agent class.
