I'm surprised. But hey, the 2 1st round picks could spell the difference.

This is a bit of a gamble on my part, if you ask me.

The pacers pick should be top 10, and my pick could be top 10.  However, I am sick of losing, so I really wanted to land a big-time player.

Add in the fact that Wade is underpaid ... yes, he does not make the max ... this is a gamble worth taking.

not correct my pick won´t be a top 10 pick. currently i am ahead of all west lotto teams and will ovetake the hawks for sure. there is a good chance that i can still make it close to the POs.

again a trade that has me shaking my head.

how can you trade a star player to a team for that team's first in the coming draft. Any chance that pick will NOT drop now with Wade ? It wil lstay top 10 but just barely.

And for the Pacers pick, how can you NOT notice how many mangames they lost due to injury this season. They would play for the #2 seed otherwise and unless another casualty happens will make the playoffs. This pick will be around #20.

So the deal we are looking at here is:
an expiring 2nd round pick with no bird years that can#t be resigned
a retiring vet
#10
#20

for 25ppg scorer & 'A' defender Wade

the draft is good (if the potentials are true), but not that good to get you anything close to a future Wade at #10
