Mah, I don't mean to pat myself on the back.  But...

I sit my former top 2 players for half the season, and still was a borderline playoff team until the Kundla injury.  I trade my former top two players for clearly $.50 on the dollar, and the Nets are a top team again.

DJSL better watch-out :)

wow wow...4-4 sim, first bad sim of season but first also with injury problems, Cunningham is out for season, thats bad
but thank god Hoffa and Williams will be back after 1 more game altough Cunny's offense will be missed for sure.
Telfair sit out 2 games injured as well.

Started all nice with 3 wins

+34 vs Nuggets...Hoffa 28/10, Buehler 17/14, Telf 16/11, Clement 14/11, all fantastic on offensive %.

+6 vs Spurs....another win over Spurs, Hoffa tough again very poor on offense, still enough for 19/17.

+9 @Grizzlies...Hoffa on some 42 % dropped 38/17, Elliott...my SG did well stepping in for Telf, 40 mins, 11/9 on 5-8.

Then came harder times,  first loss came against Bulls by 15, Elliott
who has absolutely nothing to do with playing a PG did pretty great again, 20/7 2stl 1blk, im impressed.

Then came 1pt loss to Rockets, Hoffa fouled out early, Elliott 14/5/10 1stl and blk, is that guy real ??
C    A-    C+    C    D-    A guy who played really great this 3 games as a PG.

Loss to Bucks was a big one, Cunningham out for 36 days, Hoffa for a week.

Injury problems continued in next game, in a loss to Jazz we now lost Williams as well, but Telf got back in a style
dropping 34 but he did little distributing the ball, pretty selfish, but on a 15-23 night no wonder. Nolan stepped in
really nice for Hoffa 12/10 3blk on 47 % from floor.

BUT THATS NOT IT !!

beat Sonics 97-78, 3 guys out, just 8 left in rotation, Nolan was fouled out after only 19 mins, still 8/10 on 3-5 doesnt
look bad for such little time on floor.

....and now comes the tough part

TO stay healthy until PO's and to keep #2 spot in West, after this injury poor sim, Suns and Clippers are more close now
and also our last chance to catch up with Dallas is now gone.
I was hoping to rest the 3 main players last sim after securing #2 spot but now ill have to play them all and figure out
what to do and how to substitute Cunningham who always was great on offense when playing.

I'm pretty happy with the team's performance as well, how could I not be when they go 8-1....

Though, the truth is that I'm still looking to mix things up a bit with the roster and position things a little differently with some youth and picks.

4-5 sim...very up & down.  Uner missed first 3 games and after beating the Rockets and a close loss to the Blazers I get blown away by 31 points by the Kings.   :bods:

Uner comes back and has a triple double against the Mavs but shoots only 38% for the sim.  Griffin & Jefferson both excelled with the inside focus but the team does best balanced,

damn. I only realized that Matrix will be gone for 22 days when i prepared the new DC yesterday.

now it won't get easier, but with Dirk, Schabinger and Tower (plus new SG tryout Trump) I have a nice offense/defense rotation at the swing position.

Need to get one more deal done and then it's all playoffs, baby ...
