From 26 of this month to 7th or 8th of August. We're going on a trip through out the entire coast, around 1000 miles.

First to Motovun on Motovun Film Festival (one of the best on Europe, but it has little to do with movies, we're mainly focusing on heavy drinking, all kinds of ilegal substances and other festivites such as that). It's a beatufull little town on top of the hill;

Man, i just can't wait. I haven't seen a sea in almost 3 years and i really have to get out of this shithole, i'm just tired of this damn city.

Well, obviously, it will cost alot more in your case.

This is not that far from my home. Motovun is something like 250 miles and Korcula is 400 from my home + we have a place to stay everywhere we go. I have very good friends just couple of miles from Motovun, house in Zadar and my very good friend from the army owns apartments in Korcula. So, we don't have to pay for anything except drinks and gas. With all of that, i need something like 300 bucks at minimum for 10 - 15 days.

But if you win a title you could have a free pass here and there as a celebrity. :wink:

I've been drinking and on drugs for about 6 straight days and it has cost me about 200 bucks.

About liquor, off course, you avoid expensive places. Main parties are on the open so we oftenly end up in front of the liquor store where drinks are cheap and you always bring a couple of bottles of Rakija with you so when you get drunk, just then you go to clubs or caffe bars or otherwise no money is enough. You can't go to bars sobber and start to drink there. You got be economic. 8)

As far as drugs are concerned, i avoid cocaine. It's just too expensive and i don't like it all, it's terriblly overated drug IMO. That's for womens, dumb and spoiled ones if you ask me. Most of the people i know who uses coke are spoiled rich ones and that's the poeple i really avoid as much as i can. I'm just not interested in them. When i talk about drugs i mainly think about ACID, good hasish or speed (sometimes, cause it's cheep and has similiar effect as my beloved rakija). You can buy one paper of LSD for something like 15 bucks and that's almost enough for 3 people, so basically for 15 bucks 3 people can demolish themselves (i did swallow the entire paper once though, haven't slept for 3 days and evetually got arrested by the cops :)).

So, with the right and economic combination of drinks and substances you can do alots of damage with only 300 bucks. Off course, we won't waste ourselves for 10 or 15 days straight. First 3 or 4 days will be like that, then couple of days of rest with no drinking or anything, just swimmining in the sea, cooking etc. It's back and forth.

That's pretty decent. Up here in Canada, there's no choice but to pay big bucks for the drink. 25 bucks a bottle, 35 bucks a 24, 4 bucks a drink in the bars.

As for drugs, I don't really do anything but weed, don't want to touch the other shit, it's too crazy for me. But weed doesn't really cost that much for me, I can get 1/4 for 60 and that lasts me a good long time.

Uh man, those are insane prices. I'm not going to get wasted in Canada. :)

About number two; yeah, good for you. Me neither, i just use it on some special occasions like when we're going to the seaside or some barbeque on holidays, stuffs like that. Most improtant is to have a good crew around you, the right combination of people. It's like sex, i'm not going to do with anyone. :)

People Mexico/Brasil would be a promise land for you, i quit using drugs few years ago (2003)....but there it was unbelievably cheap....in Mexico 1kg of weed is between 10 and 25 USD (depends of region), cocain was around 2-3 USD bad quality, 7-9 USD great quality.......Brasil is little bit more expensive....and drinks....at bars a beer in Mexico is around 1.2 USD, in Brazil from 0.9 to 1.8 USD at most :) .....and the view of girls in Brazil is "priceless" :)

I'm not interested in North America. It's probably the last place on the earth i would visit.

Kings is back but will be gone for the next 3 days as well. Going to Wienna in Austria and Budapest the next day, following one band on a tour.

yup, unfortunately im broke, so i cant go and see Ministry as well, my friends will pay me the trip and ticket, so we're just going to see Radiohead on saturday, i wish i had money to go see Ministry as well, but its not my call as i am completely out of money (altough i do prefer Radiohead but still i wish i could have seen both)

.....and well....too bad its a festival, there's always a limit on time a band can play and its on open air so sound is not as good as little or closed places, so far ive seen 2 of my favourite bands on open air, but best shows i saw were those of bands i dont like as much as those 2 but they were in a small place closed place with a lot of better sound and atmosphere, i hate festivals actually just because of that, but well, when you have no $$$$ or when they dont play anywhere near there's no option to choose but to go and see it....no matter what

Well, off course, if i see some guy with swastika (or any other nazi sign or message although i've never seen one like that) i would wish to punch him right in his face. But if it's used for a artistic purpose then i really don't have a problem with.

No, I just don't think you do that out of respect by those affected by them.

I wasn't neceseraly talking about you, i meant in general, about overall US public. It seems to me that US is much more sensitive when it comes to nazis then euroes (who actually have alot more reasons to be so).

Keep in mind 2 things:
1) There are a lot of Jewish-Americans who fled during that time because of WW2
2) There are a lot of europeans who fled during that time.

My own family, personally, is here because they fled Hungary during the Nazi invasion.

Yeah, i have to admit that for some dumb reason i forgot on WW2 imigrants inhabited in the US now. I guess leaving your own houses and countries for good leaves the deepest wounds. I've expirienced that first hand myself but fortunately, only for a short period of time.

And speaking about Nazis, on a side note, my grandfather was recruited in the Nazis "youngen" army. They came into town one night, picked the entire neiberhood, told them they're going to take them to Russia (they had no uniforms, nothin) to work and next thing he knew, he woked up in Paris the other mourning in a Nazi training camp. Just a crazy story (my granpa is full of them, sometimes i get high on weed and listen to him for a hour or two, i feel like i'm flyin back through time).

Off course, it's obvious. It is well known to anyone who has been listening to Ministry that the republicans, and specially Bush's dynasty is Ministry's greatest muse. Al Jourgensen said it once "We can only make a good record when the republican is in the White House". They did it in 1992 with Psalm 69 when they used the famous Bush's statement "The New World Order" as the endless, repetitive sample in their legendary song called NWO. And it is true, all of their records (Dark Side Of The Spoon and Animotisinomina) in Clinton's era pretty much sucked. Now, when Bush jr inherited his dad they made a 2 great records and the last one "The Great Satan" is completely dedicated to little George and Iraqi situation.


That's a exaggeration. Sure, he's showing some tendencies, and in some things like people's privacy and media brainwashing he actually reminds me of the Stalin and communist regime in former SSSR but he's not killing americans who disagrees with him. That's the difference. I don't like the guy, i think he's willing to go to war only cause of profit and i don't think he cares about any victims, american or no american, but putting the sign of equality between him and Hitler is a complete nonsense.
