I disagree. According to the rules he may not be SIGNED by ANY team involved in the deal (which is Suns and Jazz). The Celtics did sign him. And there's no word in the rules that a player can't be TRADED back to a team involved in a deal, UNLESS it's his PRIOR team which would command a 60d wait period.
