Title: The "post webber" trade discussion

What can you say so far? Did we really have the better end of the deal? KT-skinner-corliss has been playing like man-possessed.

Well, in Sacramento, they will get more offensive production...  Especially with Peja and Miller out, since they have no one else.

I still think this is a steal for the Sixers...  But the true resultys will not be seen until next year, IMO...

But last night, Webber had a bad game, fouled out, and still had 15 points.  How many Sixers 2nd options could have a bad game and score 15?

agreed the Sixers have dug a hole in this season, they can make the playoffs but won't have full chemistry until next season...next season though they will be tops in the east IMO

I love the deal, personally. Webber is absolutely horrendous on defense when it comes to guarding players going to the basket though. Hopefully team D can make up for that.

Is it me, or does it seem like Iverson is looking for his own shot a lot more after Webber got here? He really came out gunning in the first game, but didn't have a great shooting night. In the second game he played great, so I'm not complaining about him commanding most of the O. But, to me at least, it seems like AI has been "hogging" the ball more since Webber arrived...

I've been saying that the C-webb deal would give the sixers into a "break or make" situation. C-webb could either break the franchise or can turn this team  into championship contender.
