Title: Sim 11 Discussion Post by: NetsGM on April 20, 2006, 11:28:17 PM Probably going to do this tomorrow morning.
Of course, if I wake up late for work, it would then be tomorrow night :) Title: Re: Sim 11 Discussion Post by: NetsGM on April 22, 2006, 08:42:13 AM Sim up.
Title: Re: Sim 11 Discussion Post by: MagicGM on April 22, 2006, 09:52:43 AM not a bad sim. had a nice big effort against the grizzlies. and brica had a 18 pts and 21 asts performance :D
Title: Re: Sim 11 Discussion Post by: HornetsGM on April 22, 2006, 12:31:53 PM This team is struggling, and at the worst possible time. Hopefully this last sim is a good one for the Hornets.
Title: Re: Sim 11 Discussion Post by: RaptorsGM on April 22, 2006, 01:53:16 PM 4-2 sim for the Raptors, lost Captain Max for 5 days though.
Beat both the Hornets and Raptors. Title: Re: Sim 11 Discussion Post by: KingsGM-old on April 22, 2006, 02:51:46 PM Beat both the Hornets and Raptors. You beat yourself? Title: Re: Sim 11 Discussion Post by: BlazersGM on April 22, 2006, 04:30:27 PM nice one, 5-3, put 3 guys in rotation that never played to see what they can do and thank god in didnt have a negative effect on team score, 2 still need a lot of work to do, and Wetzel is offensive monster, good to know.
@Mavs 82-97 Mavs won this one with big run in last quarter, Buehler led the team with 23/8. hoffa had a poor display 20/5 2stl 3blk, Telf 12/5/8 4stl, youngman Rodrigues had a good debout shooting 4-5 from flor and collecting 4 rebs in 16 mins, Wetzel as well did a great job, Clement despite starting played only 24 mins and despite being a 3rd option took only 1 shot WTF ::??? Jazz 103-112 Suprising loss at home to Jazz, Telf going big with 30/7 2stl, Bosh and Buehler great, Hoffa played just 23 mins wtf ????? @Jazz 110-113 Another close and damn loss to jazz, Hoffa again few mins, just 28, but enough for 25/9 effort, Telf great as usual, Buehler playing very good week, 19/11 2blk, Bosh 14/14 2stl 3blk. THEN came 5 game Winning Streak : Bulls 112-91 Hoffa droped 42/20 in 34mins, Telf 21/12, Ricardo 11/15 4blk, Buehler is shooting extremely well despite being only B-. @Nuggets 110-104 Buehler 25/8, Hoffa 23/11 in 24 mins only, Telf 14/11, Clement great again. @Warriors 109-106 Nice away win in Oakland, another one, Hoffa with 29/9, Telf 20/6 5stl commanded the team to a win. Hawks 109-77 Hate the Hawks, always lose to that poor team away, but at home its always easy.....Hoffa big again with 40/22 2blk, Telf 23/13, Ricardo interesting game 6/5/11 6 stl 4blk. @Celtics 98-95 Nothing sweeter then away win to the Celtics, Hoffa shooted pretty poor but 27/25 is a monster game....equaled his career high 25 rebs. Bad thing is Bosh is out for the season, so there will have to be some mayor changes, hopefully it wont affect too much the teams performance. Title: Re: Sim 11 Discussion Post by: BlazersGM on April 22, 2006, 04:43:49 PM Beat both the Hornets and Raptors. Although I won the first six games, including nice ones over Magic (did I read that correctly, you call that 4-3 outing of yours "not a bad sim"? Big home losses to Celtics and Heat and another blowout from the mediocre Kings, that's not bad?) and Raptors, but then the downfall started. Three consecutive home losses that were unacceptable. First a shocking 2pt loss to the lowly Sixers, unable to recover another one to the Raps (allowing 48% shooting after holding them to 35% five games earlier ) and finally another 3pt debacle to Blazers (another crappy road team who had won 13 of 36 away before that !!!). What a poor poor effort almost doubling my home losses in the next to last sim. :bash: So instead of sneaking up on the 3rd seed I find myself still in the battle for homecourt in the playoffs. Just great. Can't wait for the next sim, but at least i don't play crappy road teams that time. I will entertain Wiz, Hornets and Nets and travel to Wolves, Cavs and Wiz among others. Could go anywhere from 2-6 to 6-2, but 3 wins should get me the 4th seed. Let's see ... :? Title: Re: Sim 11 Discussion Post by: HeatGM on April 22, 2006, 08:31:48 PM a so so 5-4 sim.... i beaten some tough teams like magic, clippers, kings, wolves and bucks...but lost to some none playoff's team which is un excusable.... i also lost molina my starting PF...hopfully holton could fill in the gap...
Title: Re: Sim 11 Discussion Post by: CavsGM on April 22, 2006, 09:59:38 PM Beat both the Hornets and Raptors. Title: Re: Sim 11 Discussion Post by: KingsGM-old on April 23, 2006, 10:26:28 AM Igoudala injured and long road trip made this a subpar sim. But still, managed 2 good victories over Hornets and Magic.
Hm...kinda undecided. Should i rest my starters for the last 5 games or play at full strenght to keep 3rd seed in the West. Only 1 game ahead of Clippers. It would be nice to have a homecourt against them in a potential playoff matchup, but off course, i would be pissed as hell if Duncan or Tmac get injured in the last sim. First of all, sim12 was supposed to be last night, meaning you're pretty late even making such a decision. And second, thats an easy question. If they don't go down during sim12 they might go down in the playoffs. So the best way to keep them injury free and fresh until the finals is to keep them on the bench until then. Or make them 2nd backup, they won't be injured playing 3 minutes. Hope that helped ... :-) Title: Re: Sim 11 Discussion Post by: BlazersGM on April 23, 2006, 12:20:11 PM the crap beat you at home by +10 and away +3 soooooo i really hope you beat Hornets and Nets and i advance to finals to sweep you hhehhehehe Haha, oh how I fear your kiddy corpse ........and this time it happened away testing some 3 players that never played, youre lucky to not be in my conference :bods: You won by 10 because Hoffa went up against Ronny Roof and by 3 because again Hoffa pulled down 25 boards (23 of those on his own misses) *lol* Too bad we won't find out what he can do against REAL competition like Thomas ... ... because we both will most likely not make it there ! :-) hahahha, Hoffa this Hoffa that, what would be if it would be, stop whinning :) Title: Re: Sim 11 Discussion Post by: CelticsGM on April 23, 2006, 05:23:07 PM hahahha, Hoffa this Hoffa that, what would be if it would be, stop whinning :) there is an "h" where it shouldn't be.
