Oh and yes, that greedy Blount was the first to take my MLE offer.

Would have preferred someone younger but at least I get a decent big man backup - and defending champ (!!!) - for the few games Thomas and Booth foul out ...

I'm happy to get Peters, but I really wanted Ray Allen.  Friggin cavs came in and stole him on the last day.

Was really hoping for Cole Sapp...
Oh well, guess he realized he would have been deep on the bench. :)

the Sonics played the FA rules to perfection here, the Suns had ZERO chance of resigning him. So the trade for Manning now looks even better ...

... but at least the (low) 1st rd picks were part of the package bringing Kobe here.

What an active offseason from the Lakers again. Impressive.

- A decent 1st rd signing with pick #4 (the best defender in the class but otherwise nothing you'd play a minute this season ... unless he EXPLODES in TC)
- A suspect pick early in rd 2 (one of the worst college potentials among all picks)
- Not a single FA signing so far (hey, it's only past day 4, lots of first class talent available)

But maybe he's just on an extended vacation. He did do his last trade sometimes in October last year and even signed a FA after TC last season.

Man, who is this guy? And why does he play here in this otherwise pretty active league?

Once again, you really shouldn't talk when you don't know what's going on behind the scenes.  He submitted offers on both day 1 and day 2, and none of his draft picks were CPU picks.

Sonics finally add some bigs.  I'm not that high on either one...but they are bigs!

Anyways, this team isn't as good as what I have had before, but a good TC can always change things.

I am hoping for a 7 or 8 seed in the playoffs.

Damn, I really wanted Sapp... but Ridnour still is a good signing. I needed him to backup the pg.
