Now take a look at Jernigan, who plays for Kentucky (http://ssba.phillyarena.net/files/draft/rosters/roster130.htm) His player page (http://ssba.phillyarena.net/files/draft/players/player4782.htm) lists current attributes and potential attributes INS JPS FT 3PS HND PAS ORB DRB PSD PRD STL BLK PF QKN STR JMP STA Current attributes: A- C+ D+ B A- F+ A+ C C+ A- D C C B- C+ C+ B+ Potential attributes: B C D B B F A C C B D C Compare this two and you get an idea if the player has reached his potential already or not. But I believe: - this still is scouted potential so it may be wrong too (since almost everybody is very close or already tops his maximum potential) - this is COLLEGE potential and doesn't have to translate to the pro's But we won't find out about this until a couple more seasons are played 8) Title: 1st-10th Picks of the 2nd Round Post by: NetsGM on January 21, 2006, 09:42:33 AM Also, keep in mind that FBCB has potential for ALL attributes, that doesn't convert to FBB. FBB only has one potential rating. So you can look at a draftee, a pg that's underachieving in post defense, and go "gee, I don't care if he improves in post defense when I draft him, irrelevant". But really, it's not, because that is just used to determine his overall potential, and has equal weight (in theory) to ballhandling.
