All that for Jefferson?!

Well, I'm not sure I would say "all that".  Kareem and Pietrus are "just guys".  They can start if you have no better option, but are below average starters.  You can plug them in, but they aren't mainstays.

For the spurs, I don't think Al really fit (and I don't think he really fits well for the Raptors, either).  He's really a better player at C, and Spurs would ideally put Mihm at C.  It really rides on the pick whether or not they got good value for Al though.

I think Jefferson will be a short term fix at PF, should be able to be the 3rd option. At 24, there is no saying he can't improve again, and if he does, he could be pretty good.

And he is a long term fix for C, after Yao leaves.

what are you talking about?

two (career) backups for a young and still improving PF with solid offense and great shot blocking who's a legit starter (i had the pleasure to monitor his ability for some time) and just recently was dealt for Etna Thomas ??? And a small for big trade too!

wow, they can only hope that pick is not below #20 (as projected now)

... was dealt for Etna Thomas ??? ...

This may LOOK like a typo, but i plan him to EXPLODE anytime soon. Yep, Thomas is my personal volcano ...

I think the pick will probably be worse than 20, my team is very young and very improving.

Yes, I know, I'm just trying to comment on where you said my pick is projected and 20, and they should hope it gets better. I don't see that happening, I see my pick at 22-25.

Yeah, I like this deal for me, I felt that Pietrus was great last year, but he had a poor TC and a poor first sim. He's just not a starter, he's a good backup, but I already have one of those n Tayshaun.
