Title: Knicks Trade deadline block (Talent & Expirings) Post by: Anonymous on September 24, 2005, 10:25:29 PM Steve Francis - Versatile guard can play the point or slide to SG. Can pass, score and play defense. Would make the ideal 3rd guard on a contending team. 16 million expiring.
LaDon Curry - Great shooter and a very good passer with a low turnover rate. 3 million expiring Nazr Mohammed - Solid low post defender and rebounder. Ideal backup at C for a team looking to make the playoffs. 7 million expiring. Bobby Jackson - Good defender and decent shooter. Although small in stature, his best position is SG. 6 million expiring. Marko Jaric - Excellent defender can play both backcourt positions. 5 million expiring. I am looking for the usual rebuilding pieces - please don't offer old guys or players with contracts that are larger than their abilities. Trevor Wells and Andy Miles will not be dealt, so please do not offer for them. Other than that, offer away.
