The ability to cut a roster spot will come in handy.

And I like James more than I like Raso.

Now, I'm not saying that Scehnk isnt' valueable, he is, but he has the potential to become an average PG, not much more.

And I wouldn't have been able to resign him anyway.

It wouldn't have been too difficult for you to check his roster, see he has 15 players, then realize neither of you two posted about cutting a player.  You both should check over rosters from both sides to make sure a trade works.

I have enough to do looking at my roster.

It's not up to me to tell the Grizz how to run his team.

Bottom line, I'm in unviersity now - I barely have time to run my time. if I'm required to check trads from my partner's persepctive, I'm gonna have to resign. I just have too much other things going on right now :)

I said that the time you spent complaining about the grizzlies took more time than it would have taken you to check if the trade worked.  

It was a comparison between what you did do (bitch) and what you should have done (checked) and had no relevance to how much time you have, because that time was spent one way or another.  I never made one comment about the amount of free time you have.

And it IS your responsibility.  If you don't like that, and can't act civil, leave.

I work 40 hours/week.  While being a full time student.  While running a small business.  I sleep about 4-5 hours/day, if I'm LUCKY.  When you guys waste my time by making me do extra work, I'm allowed to tell you to check trades.  It would have literally taken you 10 seconds to count to 15.

There was no way for me to know that that statement was directed about my apparent "bitching" and not the fact that i was "complaining" about the fact that my university life is busy.

Now, I'd ask you to go back through all the trades that didn't oringinally work. There must be 100 by now? How many times have you called out the trading partner of the gy who had too many players? I'm gonna go with never. Why is it always me that you make an example out of? You had litterally at last 50 chances to talk about this before, to implement a rule that says both teams are responsible for each other.

And my "bitching" was 1 statement. In which I stated that this not going through would fuck over the BucksGM and I. Which was true.

Relax.  You made a mistake.  It's ok, everybody does on occasion.  It's not everybody agenda to come down hard on you.

I don't pick on you.  I've posted people to use trade checkers/read the rules page dozens of times.  The reason things escalate with you is your reaction.  You'll never admit wrong until after you've blown up.

Working while going to school is not something I have a choice in.  This league is my escape.  It was brought up to show that you will not get sympathy from me about your schedule.  It is YOUR choice to be in this league as well.  If you can't make the time comittment to take 10 seconds to look over a roster, then you shouldn't be here.

But this was never really about the time.  I just opened up the rosters page and counted his roster, took me 13 seconds.  The 13 seconds did not cause this blowup.

All I did, when you complained about the trade not being able to go through, was told you to take some personal responsibility in your yourself for not double checking to make sure it could be done, that you were partly to blame as well.  And because of that you had no right to get upset.  Personal responsibility.  Then you completely go off on me,   Calling me ignorant, and that's not even including the part of the post I had to edit out.

Personal responsibility.  Maybe they'll teach you that at college.

I can't sense tone usually, but I can sense the sarcasm in that post. I confused Rasho for Wright in the few seconds I had to alter my DC. I'm going to be making a whole lot more simple mistakes like that as I have a wole lot less time. It happens, and it's no big deal.

No, that's not my job.  If that's your expectation of my job, you're going to be deeply disappointed.  I'm here to run the sim the best I can.  To keep everything organized, moving, done so in a manner that everyone knows how to do their jobs, and to do so honestly.  I'm not here to baby sit and hold hands.  I will not sit here and allow people to call me ignorant just so you enjoy your stay here a little more.
