A D- D- player could score 10 ppg if he chucked up enough shots. C+ outside at best is worth 35% from 3, and more likely 32%. C+ C+ offense will get you to maybe 40% shooting for a swingman, if you are lucky... Ricky Davis is the first one I came up with....Not sure if his ratings have always been C+ C+ but he scored 11.3 ppg on season on 45%. I'd take that as the 23rd pick.
