Jesus! I can't win a single game without Brad Miller.

The whole sim could be described as pure   :puke:  :bs:  :puke:

1-9, but for some reason JDN was playing backup SG and only playing limited minutes.  But in his limited minutes he was scoring a lot.  That's like losing 37-39 or something like that, that's really poor.  And I'm not even trying to lose.  My win rating is gonna be below 10!!!!

I didn't really expect to create havoc with a new PG right away, but going 1-8 is a major blow to my postseason hopes.

If it helps: Leading scorer Eddy missed the last 4 games (all losses), one of the easiest parts of my schedule this season. Darko, his replacement got 11/13 with close to 5 bpg, wow ! And I held all opponents to an average of 42% shooting

it doesn't: I shot arounf .340 myself, averaged double TOs to steals, had no offensive flow whatsoever. And this last part is 100% my fault. You can't just insert a new PG into a team and NOT disrupt chemistry. I'ts simply impossible. So my fault not bringing Dre along slowly ...

What left? A little bit of hope, since I only lost around 2 games on Bucks, Wiz and Pistons (but Bulls brought themselves back into the mix too now, so it gets even tighter) ...

Well, I started off 4-0 this sim.  Which made my streak 15-2 over 17 games.  Then Pettit goes down.  Then one game later Billups goes down.  I lose 3 straight before winning my last game for a 5-3 sim overall.

I lost my 1st game of the sim to the Nets, then won the next 6 in a row. I edged into the 4th seed in the East, which is nice.

With 5 of 7 on the road, a 2-5 sim wasn't really all that surprising.

But beating the Sixers on the road and losing to the Knicks at home was.  Oh well.

Okur fit in nicely.  I'm still a few losses ahead of the 7-10 crowd too

I'm seriously thinking about giving Yao the rest of the season off.

That way he'll be rested for the playoffs.

Hey, everybody keeps complaining when they lose to the Knicks (and yes, we do suck) but we went 5-2 that Sim and handed the Raptors their only loss of the SIM.

Amazingly (Even though I want a top pick and would rather us lose a few more games) we have actually been almost a .500 club since the All-Star break (13-14 since after starting 9-31). Funny how that happens sometimes.

Sixers lose three close games. Bucks 114 to 113. Nets 97 to 96. And then with the Spurs, yes its the spurs, 85 to 83.

Went 5-4 without Araujo in the lineup...
Changed to a fast pace, and an outside focus, and it seemed to be pretty effective.  And with Foyle and Swift starting, it was a block party...

Just hoping to hold on to my playoff spot.  A lot of tough games coming up, but at least a .500 season is looking pretty good right now...

Without Araujo, though, looks like Hinrich will lose his assist title..

Pettit had a nice little sim going before he got injured.  29.5 ppg, 7.5 rpg, 3.75 apg.  Too bad.

Billups was a bit down.  Couldn't hit a shot to save his life.  Maybe the time up will freshen his legs :)

Okafor's shooting was off as well.  16.6 ppg, 15 rpg, 1.62 spg, 4.25 bpg, but 40% shooting.
Dalembert with 11.3 ppg, 10 rpg, 3.4 bpg.

Shane playing well.  9.5 ppg, 6.4 rpg, 1.6 apg, but his steal/to ratio was oddly bad.  shot well (47 and 40%).

Cameron MacLean apparently got the start and played well.  18.5 ppg, 7 apg, 2.25 spg, 2.25 topg.  Very nice.

Struggled offensivley (97.3 ppg, 43.3%, 36% 3pt), but played well defensively (88.8 ppg, 41.4%, 31%).  C's shot 38%, SG's shot 38%, PG's and PF's 42% and SF's 43%.  won boards, to's, blocks and steals.  Now at +8 ppg for the year.

7-1 sim.  Not too shabby.  :)

Day 97 (http://ssba.phillyarena.net/boxes/97-7.html) simply was a shock.  After losing to the Jazz by 28 (69-97) on Day 90 in Utah, the Jazz travel to the Mile High City and get plastered by 44 (112-68.)  Only loss was a tough one to the Pacers, who, like the Clippers, continually give the Nuggets fits.

With this sim, the Nuggets vault into 3rd place in the West, and the team is now only a game back of capturing its first Midwest crown.

Boykins went crazy assist-wise, posting 99 in 8 games for an average of about 12.5 per game.  Posey got hurt in the second-to-last game, and is out for a few games in the next sim, but his replacement, Curt Cronin, stepped up and did a fine job in his first-ever career start.

Camby continues to underwhelm in his inconsistency, and Gadzuric had a couple of 16-16 games in there.  It appears that the team is starting to come together now, with a rotation that appears to finally be settled in.

had a pretty good sim...

Dwight had a 40points performance against the defense of Carlos.

Ray scores 51 pts with a whopping 7-out of-7 3pt

Dwight had 35 and 11 against KG. Roseau also had a 8rebounds and 6blocks performance.

a shameful loss against the Lakers. but Dwight had a 19, 18 and 3 blocks performance.

Roseau had a 16, 12 and 3blocks performace. Signs of his potential right there.

Against the Clips, Loren had a nice game with 19, 17 and 4blocks. As Josh surprised me with 3 blocks.

6-3 sim.. an ok sim

JO with another player of the month honor.
it is funny with other stars going down with injurys (hope everybody can stay injury free this year) and some are getting tired JO is getting better and better in the stat lines. Maybe it is because i tried a lot of different lineups before the break.
Only 10 games left for the season with 6 games left at home. hope to hole hoemcourt advantage.

I think I've decided to tempt fate and let all of my starters play this next sim. I'm 52-15, so if I got 10-5 I'll break my record for my best season, which I also think is an SSBA record (61-21).

I'd also like to lock up best record in the League for the 2nd year in a row. Right now I have a 7 game lead over the Clippers.

Yes, i feel the same way. You have pretty good starting five in Francis, Crawford, Walker, Sweetney and Mohamed. Your wins (although are rare) don't surprised me at all.

Hey Knicks, when I first looked at the results of my sim, I said WTF, I lost to the Knicks and beat everyone else???

But then I looked closely, and I could see why I got beat by the Knicks ;)

BTW, forgot to congratulate Swift on his frst ever Player of the Week Award in week 18...  was overshadowed by the Araujo loss, but we must give the man his props :)

Foyle played very well this sim as Araujo replacment, getting 10 ppg and 9.5 rpg and adding a new dimension to my center position with 2.1 bpg.  But, history has shown if Foyle does well one week, then next week will not be pretty...   :D

Hinrich enjoyed the fast pace, outside focus, and elevation to primary option from a scoring perspective.  23.5 ppg on 47% and 40%, to go along with 7.4 apg and 5 rpg...

Kenny Thomas was impressive in his first Wariors sim, racking up 7 ppg and 5.5 rpg in only 15 mpg...

Bellamy also flourished, going for 8 ppg, 2.6 apg, and 2 rpg in 23 mpg, on 51% and 53% shooting.

And please, keep fouling Hinkle.  From last years great shooting percentage performance (2nd in the league) to this year's pitiful performance, the sophomore slump is in full affect.  But he was practicing his free throws this past summer, apparently, because he is now the leader in FT%.

Technically, you can only be replaced after 4 consecutive missed dc's

However, he's missed 17 of the last 22, and 2 top 5 picks.  I sent him an e-mail today that he's gone.

The position has been filled, awaiting a return email.

I saw that.

I'm not really sure what brought that on, since I play at a slow pace.  I must have hit every shot or something.
