Title: Draft Preview Discussion

A SG that ALREADY has a B+ A- offense?

As usual, a couple good pg's, couple good C's.

Actually think this is one of the better drafts we've had, probably the best since the first draft.

I guess the whole theory on how these draft files will continue to suck is not so true any more. This one looks pretty damn good...

Yeah, this draft is MUCH better.

Actually, on ready to contribute ratings, this class can go neck and neck with the first class.

It's just that while tanner, pettit, griffin etc had A potential, and ellis, and diddle with B, none of the top 5 players in ready to contribute this year have an a potential.  But we all know about that scouted potential.

But this class blows away the last 2 drafts, IMO.

The top of this draft is very good...  Gary Newton is the highest rated in ready to contribute since Mason Mercer.
Some good SG's and SF's in tis draft.
However, once out of the top 10, this draft is just liek any other, imo...
Stan Manning is also coming out with A- in, C out, and C handle.  An offensive force already at the PF spot.

Looking at this upcoming draft class, I see some terrific young players. I think this one could compete with the first draft including the likes of Pettit, Mercer, and Ferry. Trevor Wells, Stan Manning, Vince Keogan, Nick Abdur-Rahim, Russell Houbregs, Gary Newton, and Nikolas Biasone will all be either stars immediately or within the next couple of years. And there are plenty of other very good players that I didn't mention. Now all I can hope for is for the Wizards to go downhill...

Matthew Perry SF 6'8'' 249 22 C+ C C C+ C- C

Is this the guy youre looking for?

Former Friends star Matthew Perry, looks like he's pretty average basketball player.

Hopefully if he makes a team, he can stay off the dope. :)

Check out Absimov Baly. A 6'1" PG with C+ in rebounding? Interesting...
