For all those staying up, it's not been pushed back.  Probably not until around 9 pm.

Pierce out 5 more days, Mckie 7, Jackson 4.  My DC is out of whack right now, hopefully I can gain that half game over the Hornets and sneak into the 8th spot

pretty good schedule for me, suns twice, knicks, magic at home, spurs and at the end 3 tough games vs rockets, nuggets and clippers.

i'm expecting 5 - 3, maybe even 6 - 2 sim. everything else would be a huge disapointment.

anyway how long before the sim? how much hours?

Anything less than 4-1 will be upsetting...even with good teams like the Magic and Heat.

Bah. 3-2. Lost to the Magic and the Heat.

I guess I can't be too upset because they are both really hot, but I'm not sure how much I look like a playoff team anymore.

Wallace's D goes all the way down the "B" at SG.

I'm a lock for first in the East, so I might play around with the DC a bit.

WOW   im amaze with my team....pulling a 9-1 run...beat wizards & raptors easily.... wowaweee.....this team has a good future and has a fighting chance into the finals.....im not afraid to face raptors in the finals... im into a 2-2 series with him... my only concern is the sixers....their hot right now with AI playing point and TD being unstoppable....i dont want to face sixers in the first round...im hoping that somebody would knock them out.....THIS TEAM IS GREAT.....having 14 mil worth of salary cap and into the playoffs......

The cap space is hard to brag about given the reductions of Okurs and Watsons contracts.

Ahh fuk, well my season is pretty much over.  I gotta make up 3 games in 1 sim.

You know your DC is messed up when your second rounder plays 41 mpg over a sim.  Well at least I have no injuries now, so I can have my oiginal DC.

All I can say is that the Pistons are officially in the Lottery   ...  Who would have thought???  go from the Finals, to the lotto with the same team...  That seems really odd to me...  Looks like this sim is built for impatient GM's as I will hopefully be making more moves once the off-season come along...  1st year not in the play-offs, this really hurts...

Well, the Warriors are back, just about 1 sim too late...
5-1 sim, with a loss to the Mavs, and wins over Spurs, Blazers, Bulls, and Lakers.

Araujo was his usual incredible self, averaging 29 ppt, 10 rpg on 48% shooting...  Witha 51 point game against the Lakers.

Hinrich has been a great 2nd option, with 13 ppg, 9.6 apg, 5.5 rpg, only 2 topg, on 51% field and 43% from 3...

Gasol has been a great 3rd option, 19 ppg, 9 rpg, 2.0 bpg on 49% shooting.

Turkoglu is very hot and cold....  9 ppg and 6 rpg on 43% from the field...

Hinkle is still the steadiest rookie ever. 5.5 ppg, 4.8 rpg, 2.4 spg on 70% shooting...  Now 2nd in the Field goal percentage race, behind only Tim Duncan...

2 games behind the Rockets for the last playoff spot...  It will take a serious Rockets collapse to catch them...   :(

But the team is looking good for next year.  The Warriors first year out of the Playoffs as well.

probably my best sim. went 7-1

Diop had a 10pts, 17 reounds and 5 blocks performance in his 1st start.

next game, 5 pts, 17reounds 3 blocks :D

Dwight also had 16, 11 and 3blocks against Kevin Garnett.

Against the Kings, my only lost. damn it.. lol Kidd was 1 rebound away from a triple double. 15, 16 and 9 rebound. not to mention a 4:1 assist to turnover ratio.

Against the Sonics Diop and Woods has a 13rebounds and 12 rebounds performance respectively.

Against the Sixers I had 3 players reaching the 20 point margin. Ray with 26.. Kidd with a 24, 12 and 9 performance (almost a triple double again), Dwight with 20 and 10, against TD ;) then the supporting cast of Diop and Woods brought down 11 and 17 rebounds respectively.

Against the Raptors, although Peja lit me up with a whopping 45pts performance. Diop had a 4 pts, 19 rebounds and 5 blocks against Yao Ming. But apparently, all of Yao Ming's miss came from Diop's blocks. damn. Yao is too good. :D

Against the Clipps, I had 4 players with at least 20 pts.

Mobley (33 5/6 from beyond the arc), Josh Howard (24), Dwight (23) and Woods(20).

Kidd also had a assist spree against the Celtics as he did no harm in scoring, but made his teammater better with 17assists and 3 turnover (almost a 6:1 assist to turnover ratio..

I beat the Suns with 3 players gathering at least 10 rebounds. J-Ho had 13rebounds. Woods and Diop had 10 reebounds each. But Diop garnered 5 blocks as well.

thanks God, Ray's injury was just a short one.

now my season is done. lost also foster for the rest of the season. now borchart can show if he is worth the money.
only positive from the last sim is that i had a great matchup with the wizards. Even without foster i dominated inside.

My season is lost now (aka howling with the wolves)

Highs and lows go hand in hand - and the quest for the title has come to a close:
- VanExel shows some promise in his first start at SG, hitting 4 of 5 in 6 minutes ... only to go down for the rest of this sim.
- Curry shows some surprising success at the PF tryout and leads my troups to a surprising win @ the Clippers Staples and Brand.
- Snow came back with practically a complete refurbished skull (the old one broke) only to go down again after 4 (pretty good) games.

And I had just ONE game I wanted to win badly: against the Pacers (I have their pick AND they lost 4 of 5 before) and guess what happens: My starting PF (CURRY), my starting SG (VanExel) AND my starting PG (Snow) MISSED the game ... and my backup SF (Pietrus) went down after 9 minutes. Of course I lost, bad luck!  :?
sidenote: in the wake of the injuries my starting backcourt measured 6'3, 6'3, and 6'4 against Fisher, Redd and Artest.

So with just 4 games left and my PG still on the shelf it looks more and more likely I'll miss the final goal this season ... catching the Spurs and avoiding last place.

But as always, spirit is still high, Luisetti found a new bakery for even better donuts (an italian relative) and the guys can't wait to work out in the offseason for the next BIG target: a playoff run next year.  8)

well just as i predicted. mcgrady went down and my team went 4-4 with some ridicilous loses from suns and knicks.

Varejao steped up big time!! having a games of 24pts, 23, 14, 17, 27 and 26 points!

also Gooden was pretty good; 13/13/3, 22/10, 14/14, 11/20, 15/7. i think he'll be alright.

Francis was havin some pretty good games also; 16/8/6, 12/9/7, 4/13/7, 7/12/4, 11/7/4 and he's not even my option. he' s a good alround player despite turnovers.

lots of misterys still going on. losing to suns and knicks WITH mcrgady and beating the magic and rockets WITHOUT him

anyway, Mcgrady is out just 1 more game and Radmanovic only 4 more so when they come back i'll see how good this team really is.

with Radman back in my lineup my defense is all A- and with the guy like mcgrady i think i can go deep in the playoffs

OK, crossing fingers for a playoff spot...

I am also hoping that the Suns can stay in that 3rd to last spot and maybe I'll get lucky in the lotto, I would love to get a top 3 pick, because I have some holes in my lineup. Livingston can play SG, so I can select a pg, sg or pf with the pick. That gives me some great flexibility to take the BPA.

There are some rumors that Tim Duncan may have a broken toe that would prevent him from playing for the rest of regular season.

Stats looked good, results didn't.

Team: 94 ppg, 45.7% shooting, 48.4%
Opp: 87.6 ppg, 38.4% shooting, 33% 3pt.
Lost turnovers by 4 per game though.  Opponents took 13 more shots/game than me.

Okafor: 22.2 ppg, 12.3 rpg, 2.9 bpg, 44.5% shooting.
Pettit: 23 ppg (only took 18 shots/game).  5.2 apg, 5.8 rpg, 48.6% shooting, 41.4% shooting, 91.7% ft.
Billups: 12 ppg, 10.5 apg, 47% shooting, 57.1% 3, 92.9% ft.
Dalembert: 12 pts, 10.3 rpg, 3.7 bpg.

Okafor held opps to 35.5% shooting, dalembert 30%, Pettit 35.9% and 14.3% from 3.  Pettit's been playing well defensively lately, after struggles early in the year.

Incredibly inconsistent.  When I won, I won big.  When I lost, I was incompetent.  I want to play with the lineup a bit, but I still need my games.

There are also some rumors that the REAL Tim is a soft whimp screwing up under pressure who is unable to get his team a national title in two deciding games at home.

... wonder which of these rumors comes true first !

4-3 sim for the Hawks, Tanner player great getting 3 player of the game's as a 3rd option that's pretty good, my team looks good and a piece or 2 away from really competiting...I'm hoping my lotto pick, late 1st, MLE and TC can get me into the playoffs next season
