Title: Cavs/Hawks Trade Post by: CavsGM on May 10, 2005, 05:26:36 PM Alvin Schenk
Nuggets 07 2nd Raptors 07 2nd for Ethan Terpening Magic 09 1st Title: Cavs/Hawks Trade Post by: HawksGM on May 10, 2005, 07:18:53 PM agreed
Title: Cavs/Hawks Trade Post by: CavsGM on May 10, 2005, 08:43:23 PM Schenk wasn't really necessary with Andre Miller on the team. Terpening is a great player himself. With his versatility, he'll be excellent off the bench playing multiple positions. Plus, I get a future 1st and just lose two late 2nd rounders.
Title: Cavs/Hawks Trade Post by: KingsGM-old on May 10, 2005, 08:47:39 PM i think this is a big big steal for the cavs. Terpening is better than the Schenk + he gets the future first. strange...
Title: Cavs/Hawks Trade Post by: CavsGM on May 10, 2005, 08:49:16 PM I don't know if Terpening is better then Schenk. Schenk can play very well as a starter with good players alongside him. As long as his ratings do not go down, just stay the way they are, he will be a very good PG for years to come.
Title: Cavs/Hawks Trade Post by: RaptorsGM on May 10, 2005, 08:58:13 PM Terpening is decent but this is no steal for the Cavs.
I think Schenk has 15-7 potential. Title: Cavs/Hawks Trade Post by: CavsGM on May 10, 2005, 09:02:37 PM Yeah, I think so too. This trade is pretty even in my opinion.
Title: Cavs/Hawks Trade Post by: RaptorsGM on May 10, 2005, 09:40:06 PM I agree. I would go so far as to call it 50-50 even. hahaha i crack myself up.
Title: Cavs/Hawks Trade Post by: GoldenStateGM on May 10, 2005, 10:00:15 PM The 2009 might have been a little much, but this is a good trade for both teams. The Hawks are in a really good position now, entering free agency and the draft with a big question mark solved.
