Sadly, I may be the GM who posts the most, and is on the most, but I will not take over. The new commish will not be me. My work schedule varies from week to week, and this is crunch time for me in school.

I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings, but so far to those that have offered to pick up the slack, I think the CavsGM would do the best job.

I would also say the Warriors would do a good job. Or the Bulls if he wanted to take over.

I think it's important to be professional, because it makes things more fun. I don't like the use of short forms or slang by Commish's when discussing important stuff. I didn't like the way Twan did things with the whole:

"The Sixers select Shawn Rupp from.....................................some college i dont remember."

That doesn't get it done at all for me. The reason this League has had success under Jem and Bods is the simplicity and organziational skills that they brought to us.

IT'S APRIL FOOLS DAY FOR CHRISTS SAKE!

Seeing your reaction made it a successful april fools joke.  Not quite as bad as the joke the sixers are playing on us tonight, but good nonetheless.

My lord how did I not know this, realgm was filled with frikin april fools threads...

One reason was probably because it is a very believeable issue.  If you said something like this league had shut down, then it would have been a bit more obvious.

But damn that was cruel...Now get goin with the free agency damn it!  Wink

It should have been obvious. With him not replying to the thread at all after starting it, and telling us to still get our FA offers in. Well done...

Haha, yeah.  I thought about that.  I didn't want people to stop sending in free agent offers because of my "announcement".

Erm...if there was anyone who should have realized it, it should have been you.

Just to clarify, you're not leaving?  Smile
It's all just come up so quickly, a little bit of a shocker.

You suck!  After Jem and Twan, you can't blame us for believing you.

However, now that you are back, get on with the FA period.

By the way, you had me fooled.
