OK, please state how.

Memphis got a big expiring. Toronto got to pay off Mourning who stuck on their cap for 2 or 3 extra seasons, plus they got Eric Williams and Aaron Williams for multiple seasons, and multiple sucking. No expirings.

Memphis got a good prospect in Crittenton, even if they are stacked at the position. Toronto got no prospects.

Both teams got 2 picks, all 4 picks were/will be non-lotto. One of the picks Babcock used on Joey Graham, who might as well have not been picked at all.
