Is what we do here nerdy? We sit here, and talk "trades" for hours, over fictional players. We put our hearts and souls into our "teams" to try to let them "win". We don't see any games, we just get to read box scores. Some of us spend alot of time doing this.  Embarassed

So are we nerds or not?

I also had to pick choice #3...I'll be sitting on the couch w/the girlfriend watching some lame ass princess diaries or something, and the whole time I'm thinking about 2 things, sex and the SSBA....I sit there thinking about possible ways to get a good PG....so yes we r nerds but she doesn't know about this league

No more nerdy than fantasy basketball (which I do as well).  And that's done by millions.

I agree...I spent about an hour wondering how Tanner Houbregs (fictional player) had such a bad TC, I analyzed every attribute and came up with nothing, an hour spent on a fictional person

Well, honestly i took some time off in these sim leagues. Because i try to spent most of my time going to the gym or hanging out.

Whats wrong with being nerds? I think that there is a saying that goes something like.. "Be nice to the nerds, because chances are you'll work for them."   Very Happy

Oh, I'm not suggesting there is something wrong with  being a nerd. I'm just asking if we fit into that classification.

technology has lead us to non- humanity, alienation and moronization of the young people all over the world, and we are no exception...sadly. i get very dissapointed and sad to see people my age (25 - 30) spent hours and hours on playin play station and Xboxes and all that crap. what a brainwashin Sad

p.s. but no way i consider myself a nerd, there is noway i'd allowed that to myself
