Fine start into the season.
Celtics averaged 118ppg on the first 4 games, losing to the surprisingly strong 76ers and not surprisingly to the Nets but beating Wiz and western powerhouse Grizzlies.

And I have no idea what happened next.  Shocked

The wheels came off and we lost 3 of 4 on atrocious 36% shooting and averaing 83ppg. Marion was nowhere to be seen, even getting held to 1-17 shooting once. PG Reed stopped passing and suddenly started shooting (WHY?) on a horrendous 17fgapg (WHY?). And the defense fell apart consequently too.
 Screwy

Hey, it's way too early to start panicking but something has to be done. This isn't cutting it in this tough conference. Julius will get his first try to prove the College player of the year was no fluke ...

My team started strong this sim.

My only loss was when bolinger was out, but I'm glad that Jonas was out there to step up in his absence(20+ points and 13assists).

I still feel that I need to improve defensively.

Damn, could you imagine getting a guy like Tobey on your team?

Like a better version already of my Rob Mourning in DJSL.

Correct.  I'm hoping to finish the draft preview this weekend.

Looks like the best draft in a while....one that needs no tweaking.  Just change the names of the top 10-12 prospects and run with it.

how in the world did a star player of a team start the season injured not to mention this is a star player and happens to be his team's 2nd stringer, who undoubtebly is better than the team's starter, and only got to play not more than half of his team's game and played for less than 10mpg?

Cool

Shocked he did?

Didn't you realize in your win on day 1 ?

Especially seeing Stevie Franchise getting the starting nod at PF then made me quite happy. He's apparently serious about trying to average a triple double on the season ...

aehm if i remember the DC chart right he had vice/KG/vice at PF

how could it be that in at least 3 games KG was listed behind Steve in the depth chart. Even when vice only played 24 mins KG couldnĀ“t get more than 3 mins? Shocked

Pretty suprising sim for Blazers, 5-2 and some really nice performances. Finally managed to beat
the Pistons, i believe ive beat teams like Nets,Hornets more time then them, actually i dont recall
beating them.

Clement is definitely a big help now, 13ppg on 47FG and 443PT shooting, could improve FT, and 7.1rpg
for a 6'4" is suprising, adding 5apg and 1.4spg a big sim for him.

Telf was pure magic first sim, great stats, great shooting, great everything.

Houbregs seems to be pissed off after sitting out most of last season and getting to the bench again,
DerMarr started but both got 14mpg and Russell did a lot better, fantastic on offense but DerMarr
has the defense so its gonna be a tough call whom to start next sim, i guess Russell will be given
another chance.

Up front Buehler,Bosh and Ricardo doing their defensive dutys good as always, Buehler and Ricardo
had a suprising offensive game as well.

and well finally Hoffa like Hoffa, just one super perfomance tough 45/18 in destruction of the
Celtics who will come winning again :O

Now lets see if this was just a blink, or this guys are finally ready to play some serious ball.

Hm...Oh boy.  I'm at work and don't have FBB in front of me, but judging by the boxscores it looks like I screwed up something on Keith's DC.  There's gonna be fightin in the bodner household next time I see him Razz

Bailey Tobey looks like a very interesting prospect.  Very interesting.  Andre McGuire and Sura should be nice PG's, but it's hard to get too excited over a PG with how many there are in this league.  After that, I don't think it's that great.

Oh yeah, Maurice Cheeks will also be in this draft.  Oh, I know.  He was a 2nd round pick in '78.  But this is a 76ers fan, so I want to include a 2nd round pick I can Wink
