You just can't have the same experience on an emulator though, you have to play it at the arcade or on the SNES

Well, I disagree.  As long as you have a good controller.

Or, get an snes emulator for the dc/xbox/ps2 and play it on there Smile

Yeah, I was thinking about soft modding my Xbox a few years ago but there's no point now, I rarely play it.

As for emulator vs console/arcade, you can have a good controller but it's not as fun if you don't have someone playing with you.  Having one person use the keyboard and one person use a controller sucks

BTW, this thread has now officially been hijacked TWICE.

Anyway (going back to my first hijacking), if I think I have one downfall, it will be my overall small lineup (6'10" center, 6'4" sg, 5'5" pg).

I haven't tried it, but I'm sure it doesn't have voice recognition (maybe I'm wrong though).  It wouldn't be as fun as playing in the same room on a console

Eh, it depends on the game, really.  I agree NBA Jam wouldn't be the same, but there are many other games that are now infinitely more replayable.

Well back to the Craw trade, I don't think it's set in stone that I'll be lotto anymore, although it's still likely.  I got alot of depth now.  If Palacio lives up to his ratings, Craw returns to 19 ppg form, Griff has another steady season as a 3rd option, and Mercer gets those turnovers down, I think I can sneak in.  Tractor will be huge off the bench again with B+, B+ def/reb and Turk should do fine when given minutes.  I'm also looking for another monster defensive season from Anderson

Bulls might have the talent for a playoff team, but the east is stacked.

Nets, Hornets, Pacers I think are 3 locks.  I still think Magic and 76ers would be ahead of Bulls.  As are the Raptors, with Deng's explosion.  And probably the Wizards.

That leaves 1 spot between the Heat, Celtics, Pistons, Bulls, Cavs and last years playoff team, Bucks.

Gonna be tough.

I rank myself ahead of the Heat, Celtics, the Pistons (after Stan Mannings TC).  I think the final spot will come down to the Bucks, Cavs (depends on how well Keogan plays and how Vince does at the 3) and myself.  The Bucks could be a defensive liability with Ferry at B, Smith at B- and Nash at C+ but they still have a solid team

Well, since the game does not care about height unless it deals with inside defense, should not make a difference.
And the 6'10" center was the defensive player of the year, who just got better at defense and rebounding....  ***shudder***

Both divisions are pretty tought at this point.
But a perimeter attach with Mercer and Crawford might be very efective.  very few teasm have really good defenders at PG and SG...

Celtics raises a good point in the signings thread....Cook was signed by Heat first.  So Bulls can't sign him for this trade.

offense too.

Makes sense, no?  If you become a more effective defender if you're bigger, then an offensive player going against a bigger defensive player will be less effective Wink
